Big Harry Potter fan who enjoys writing stories ... obviously ...
I am 18 and I am english. I have a very simple life...
Please take the time to review my stories if you like them or you have any positive criticism. I try to answer all of them, especially those asking a specific question or making a valid comment. I usually answer reviews within a few days of them being posted, depending on when I'm at my computer!
Also, if you like my stories, please check out my favourite stories and authors, because I like to read the sorts of stories I write, so you might find something else which takes your fancy there! :-)
Finally, I'd like to say thank you to all the people who actually do read my stories, because they keep me going and make me feel as if it's worth it.
Libs is the best person ever and I feel proud as I got her into Harry Potter fandom, which brings us all SO much joy ... she also writes fanfic - mostly of the Lily and James type - her username is There You Are Peter (don't ask). And she's part of the Devon Crew who the last chapter of Mistletoe and Ginny is dedicated to. And I love her.
Hope you enjoy the stories!

Ah man - don't you just love it when you finish a story? Writing and reading, of course. It was a really good story: it was nice to see something different in the way that you integrated Borgin's story into the H/G goodness! (lol) I'm really looking forward to reading the sequel, but first, I must finish typing my own sequel! I'm so almost there! Thanks for keeping my Christmas holidays un-dull with your writing, hattiepotter xxx
Oh, and I forgot to say - loved the bit about once you give your heart to a reheaded witch she'll never give it back - so great.
Aw that was cute! I love the way you compared Ginny to the Firebolt. I realise now that Ron does not know about them - that should be interesting...
Author's Response: Ginny is a redhead and a Weasley, after all. :)
Really nice intro and I look forward to seeing how you develop the story. But right now I have to go and revise! (poo) So I shall read the rest later.
Aww! I loved the bit where she licked his finger! One thing - in England it is called candyfloss, but I will let that go for such a sweet read! Pleeeeease write a sequel!!
OH MAN! YOU HAD ME GRIPPING ONTO MY DESK! When I found out about Tom being C's bond I actually said to myself "WOOAAH! That's a whopper!". This chapter was so intense! I was literally like holding my breath. I really liked the sentence: 'The silence thickening on the porch was cold and harsh.' You write really well and I got so engrossed! I'm still totally loving the way you've integrated canon and how it all makes perfect sense - I got so emotional when Catarina was talking about how she had to heal Tom because she couldn't kill him and... oh man - the end! What's going to happen?! I haven't had time to read this chapter for ages but now I don't think I'm going to be able to stop! WOOOO!!! hattiepotter xxx
Author's Response: lol - I'm glad you like it! Thanks!
I'm looking forward to a story just as excellent as the last! I think the keyword in all my other reviews was "intrigued" - still my keyword! I sometimes notice a few Americanisms in your writing, though. For example, "broth" would be "soup" in England, and "mail" would generally be "post". But they are small details! Good one!
Author's Response: thank you so much! I like the word "intriqued" very much. It makes me smile. Thanks for the Britpicking - I'll keep those in mind!
Ah yeah - I know what that's like. Another pretty intense chapter. I can't believe it - they were soooo close to bonding! I liked the box of treasures because I have a box with my diary and writing stuff in, and I liked 'she would tell him he was one of her treasures, but it just wouldn’t do for her to keep him in the trunk.' That made me giggle. I think I might have to have a break now - my eyes are starting to go wobbly - but I will surely be back a.s.a.p. for the next chapter! It's just too exciting! hp xxx
Author's Response: So close, and yet so far away. :) Thanks!
Yeah, it was interesting to see her character. I liked how she lived in Muggle London - a very cool place! A couple of things, though: what on earth is a "bumbershoot"?! That made me laugh a lot. Oh yes, and pound notes haven't been around since the 80s - they're coins now. Otherwise, still excellent! Look forward to reading more, but it's lunchtime now and then I'm off to school (woo). hattiepotter xxx
Author's Response: A bumbershoot is an umbrella! :) Thanks for the tip on notes and coins, too! Hope lunch was good!
Ah - I've been wondering what the cat's name meant! Another superb chapter. I liked how you split it up into lots of small sections rather than long chunks - it gives a nice variety when you read. Harry and Ginny were so sweet, esp. when she was fiddling with his shirt - lol. The whole Blood Bonding thing is great - so well thought out. xxx
Author's Response: Thank you! I have so much going on (some might say too much) that it helps to think and write about it in small chunks. I'm glad that works for you.
Wow I love the story you have created with all the blood bonding stuff, carrying on from "Ancient Magic". You've actually concocted a well-thoughtout plot with new characters and good writing, unlike 80% of fanfics. I loved this chapter because there were lots of nice H/G moments - especially the end! Loved it.
Author's Response: Thank you! It's always nice to hear that my train of thought actually carries through! :)
Wow it just keeps getting better and better! I reeeaaally loved this chapter; lots of fluff and niceness but also drama and mystery and... wait for it... INTRIGUE! Love it. Oh yeah, I loved: "Tea out my wand tastes odd,” Nathan said. “It tastes wooden.” Haha.
Author's Response: Thank you! Fluff is good - makes the world go round, you know. :)
Brilliant again and YET MORE INTRIGUE! Man alive - you don't half know how to make a girl wonder... I loved the R/Hr interlude and the bit with Harry and Ginny trying to concentrate was v. funny. You have definitely mastered the idea of the English cup of tea - solves everything, you know? Can't wait to read more!
Author's Response: Tea does solve everything, doesn't it?! :) Glad you enjoyed it.
I've read this chapter in bits when I've had the time and I always come back to it and wonder why I have left it so long to read more! I just love this story! I liked it how you related Lily and stuff to the Blood Bonding - it put the BB in context with Harry's past which was clever. And Harry and Ginny are just sweet as usual. Watch out for Malfoy x2 though! Thanks again xxx
Author's Response: lol - what a wonderful compliment! I do the same thing when I read! Thank you!
Ooo it's so exciting! Sorry I take so long between reviews - I always have other things to do! I'd love it if you read some of my stories, though - you're such a good writer! hp xxx
Author's Response: No worries at all! I love hearing from you when you do pop up! Thanks!
Cute - looking forward to seeing where this goes!
Author's Response: Thanks so much, I hope you enjoy it!
Aww that is so cute, although I am a little surprised that Ron would be sensitive anough to draw those pictures. But nice idea!
Author's Response: I was trying to think of something original for Ron, and the sketchbook just popped into my head. Never know what good ol' Ron may be capable of in secret ;)
Oh my God - so sweet. I loved French Blue and I thought I'd probably love this too, and I was right! Pleeeeease write more stories! I love them so much! AndI'd love it if you could read mine if you have the time - I'd like to know your comments. hattiepotter :-)
Author's Response: Thank you! I do have another idea for a one-shot that I'll try to get out soon; Ron and Hermione aren't in it though, so keep an eye out in the Harry/Ginny section for it. And I was actually waiting for "Mistletoe and Ginny" to be updated; I'll make sure to review your stories too!
Awwww that was really cute and funny and ... well it was really good! The line 'Ginny poured out her own dry humor on him as often as she could, finally dubbing him “The Boy Who Chose To Live Under the Bat Bogey Hex”, or Bogey for short.' made me laugh pretty loudly (slightly worried about what my flatmates think of me...) haha. Nice characterisation and well written. :-) hp x
OMG I really, really love this chapter. Remember what the bit at the end reminds me of? Aah, good times... The image that really cracks me up is " the sight of Peter, sitting waist deep in the water" - Peter is SUCH a gay.
Ah woooweee - SQUEEEEE!!! Love you xxxxx
Author's Response: man on a bike do we LOVE a bit of squeeing...what does it remind you of? i no longer remember...i vaguely remember some link but i don\'t what it was...
