I love this story. You have an excellent writing style. I have a couple of pieces of constructive criticism: Firstly, are you sure you want James and Sirius to be so cruel? I don't know, maybe that's what you intended all along, but they seem a little too unkind to me. Second: when you describe Lily's face, you say the curls frame her creamy face nicely. Don't forget that she has green skin at the moment. One last typo: at the beginning of the chapter, you say that Lily goes back to the Potter manor. Did you mean Parker? Other than those three things, your story was perfect. I love the way you pulled off Lily's frustration. All your characters are very well developed. Keep up the good work, and post another chapter soon!

One question for you. Ginny admits that she thrice defied Voldemort in this story. However, the prophecy says that the Chosen One's parents thrice defied Voldemort, and Harry certainly did that more than three times. So with that logic in mind, how exactly does it follow through that Jacob be the Chosen One? I know this is an AU story, so anything works. I'm just being nitpicky. It was very well written, though!
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! Yes, I had that same thought cross my mind, and I didn\'t know how to get around it. So, I pondered on it for a while and came up with this: Ginny and Harry didn\'t defy Voldemort together three times. They did once in their second year, and then I pictured them defying him twice more together before my story took place. A bit confusing, especially since I didn\'t mention any of this in my one-shot, but that\'s how it worked. =]

This is primarily a mystery, with a bit of shippiness thrown in here and there. Of course, if I told you WHO is involved in the shippiness, that would ruin part of the mystery, wouldn’t it?
This story takes place immediately after OotP (and thus disregards HBP).
