I read the entire story before making any comments. I always admired Snape, cold and hidden thoughts always made him appear so unapproachable. The character has facinated me since the beginning. I am glad someone is writing a story about him in a more normal light. I always wondered what kind of woman would marry him and it seems you have crated the perfect wife she seems very hard headed (possibly Italian?) and someone who can keep out potion master/ Defence the dark arts teacher on his toes. Keep it up I like what you have done so far and am looking forward to the ending.

what a touching, sad story. I find it hard to believe that Mr. Malfoy had anything resembeling a nice side, even harder to believe that he was attracted to and in love with Molly Weasley. How intereting how you have arranged for her to be prvided for through her first born son, who it appears to be a Malfoy bloodline. This story was incredably original and touching.

Author's Response: Thank you! I find it very difficult to write Lucius as a three-dimensional person, but this suggests I managed it at least a little. \"Anything resembling a nice side\" covers it pretty well -- mostly it is resemblance, not the real thing.

This story was sad, as it should be as it deals with suicide. I think I would like more details on who this girl is, why does she feel unloved? What history does she have? Don't get me wrong, but I would like to see more about her. I want to know the character, and I feel like she is a stranger. Try to get your reader to feel pain over this loss.

What an interesting story. I always thought Cedric was too young to die, and here you are giving him a sort of afterlife. I think it is sweet that Moaning Mytrle and Cedric found each other. I also believe this story is more accurate in ideals that what first appears, often in sudden, violent deaths a ghost is created which should have been obivious and yet was neglected until now.

Author's Response: No, I\'m pretty sure James is really Harry\'s father. I believe Jo has made public statements on the matter, too, just for fanfic writers. On the other hand, I do think that Severus is a sort of unacknowledged father-figure to Harry -- the one who watches over him, corrects his errors, and holds him on his broom whether appreciated by the adolescent brat or not. The rest of the \"Severus In Profiile\" series has elements of this perspective, though in different time periods. Happy reading and thanks for the review!
