Hi, I'm Valentinia, your typical Harry Potter obsessed teen.
I've read the HP books so many times that I've lost count, but I'm guessing most of you on MNFF have done the same!
Otherwise, I'm pretty boring.
My favorite band is Evanescence.
My favorite HP characters are Luna "Loony" Lovegood and Petunia Dursley.
My favorite HP book is PoA.
My favorite HP chapter is "Career Advice" from OotP.
My favorite HP film is probably OotP.
My favorite HP actor is Evanna Lynch. There're a lot of great ones though!
I'm an all-out Ron/Hermione, Luna/Harry and Ginny/Neville shipper. *Sigh*. I know, I know, Canon just sort of ruined those last two. Still, Harry/Ginny was okay. I guess.
I also love stories about Parvati, Padma and Lavender, because I think they deserve some character and depth and they're often deprived of it and made into girly non-humans.

A Tale of Two Matchmakers by Kerichi
Rated: 6th-7th Years •Summary: Romance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill for Best Romance-Non Canon 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 2010 mods changed the rules (they got tired of the same fics being nominated ^_~) so no more QQ hopes, but that's okay. No proof is needed that Draco/Ginny = love.
* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is. *

Nice chapter! I'm glad Luna/Wesley is getting somewhere! And I really enjoy the Princess Bride references... :D, that's such a sweet movie.
Anyway... the ending was very cute, and the parts with Blaise and Ginny were equally funny and yet... nice. I hope nothing comes out of the "Draco kissing Ginny in Blaise's body" thing...!

I can honestly say I've never had this thought concerning any other fic before, in all my years of fandom: Crabbe and Goyle are sooo sweet! :D Like little kids...
Anyway... I loved seeing the girls shopping - especially Hermione and Blaise's power struggle! :D So IC and so fun! As are all of Luna's comments. You write her so well and she makes me laugh with that dry humor every time! Oh, and it's great that Blaise and Terry are allowed to be together again now! :D But Ginny and Draco's situation is bad... I can't wait to find out how that continues! Wonderful chapter, as usual!
Author's Response: Like Teddy bears with big, sharp teeth and claws. They\'re cuddly as long as you\'re on the right side of \'the boss\' :D. I wanted to show it was strong personalities clashing, not fight-over-Ron, because Blaise doesn\'t want him and Hermione knows the girl couldn\'t take him even if she did. :D
I\'m glad you like Luna. She and Wesley have similar humour like Ginny and Draco do. Nice when couples are different yet go together so well!

:D Sweet! This story does seem to focus more on romance and teen angst than actual plot, but I have no problem with that, so far! Poor Luna... so... confused! Lucky Ginny and Blaise, they have their "men" - but will it stay like that? Can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: The story is relationship/romance driven, absolutely! The plot is how Ginny and Draco get together, how they build the relationship, keep it secret....and then deal with all the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune...LOL. This story is fifty chapters, spanning the school year, and I promise the first third is like the beginning of the rollercoaster ride, carrying you closer to the top of that hill....^_~

I will tell you that the first line of Draco\'s pov is Draco had suspected that his answer to the question of where he would be instead of helping to entrap Marisol would receive a mixed response, but he hadn’t expected Bill Weasley to punch him.

Aww!! So much romance! I'm so glad Snape and Lorelei admitted it... :D And Harry is a bit... "not right"... that big of a crush on a teacher... not natural...
Oh well, I really liked all of the interactions between the various couples! And I like how Mindy was jealous of Blaise first because of Terry and then because of Colin... poor girl...
And Luna and Wesley were, as usual, so very cute! :D

Somehow, Lorelei didn\'t think \'Harry, because you grew up without a mum and now an older, attractive, woman has shown that she cares, you\'re confusing caring with romantic interest.\' was going to be received with a \'Wow, I never considered that... LOL
He found someone to help him finally move on at the dance, but you won\'t find out who until the next chap! :D

Gotta love em. Even if the mystery ended rather differently than they wanted... this real life, right? And Luna and Wesley were sooo cute! :D So were Bind and Neville and Mindy and Colin though. I love all of the different pairings, and the Scooby Gang is just cool! It's so sad to think this fic's basically over though... oh well, two more thirds of this chapter to go and they're calling to me... :)
Author's Response: Some mysteries aren\'t solved that easily....and who knows if Jo will even solve the Droobles gum mystery in book 7, or it will turn out to be a subplot she thought of and then discarded. Not long until we find out!

Poor kid. It must have been so awful for a nine-year-old child to have to see what the Death Eaters did to her family! It's good how at first Corrie is delighted and curious and then she's so confused and scared, until she finally decides to get rid of the diary. You might want to clarify that they aren't campers at the beginning, though. It was just a bit confusing.

Hagrid's the prison guard!! I didn't see that coming at all!! This story is really good, it has a very intricate, suspenseful plot line! One thing... I don't think Harry would refer to Voldemort as Riddle. I mean, even Dumbledore called him Voldemort, except to his face. I think Harry would do the same. But oh well, that's really just my opinion. Also, I think it would have been funny if you had had Martin and Aberforth have performed the tests on goats, instead of rabbits... isn't that what Aberforth was in the papers for or something like that? Experiments on goats? :)

There's a Horcrux in Snape, isn't there? Okay... just a wild guess... anyway... Good chapter. I wonder what's up with the (possible) Horcrux... One thing though... why didn't it occur to Harry or one of the people who were there that Voldemort thought Snape had betrayed him and therefore said about him being the Death Eater to have left him forever, but was proved wrong when Snape showed up again? Confusing sentence...

Wow. What a great fic! I love how you intertwine his memories with his current thoughts and emotions. Also, it's great how you can tell how messed up his life has been and how weak - even close to insanity - he is now! The parts about his family really helped us understand his character more, as did his description of his relationship with Sirius, of course. The stars at the beginning were great. So was his fear of death, and of course the numbers throughout the fic. And, seven is a great number, too. :D Powerful and all, right? So is his death at the end. I like how he dies and nothing changes, really, but that he falls "elegantly" and he manages what he was afraid of: to die gracefully. Really, a brilliant one-shot!

Good take on how Voldemort would react. I like that he punishes them, and trys to make them uncertain, but in the end he does need and use them. Also a good touch that Snape doesn't yell. :D
