I have recently returned from a year-long hiatus, but I'm back! I definitely am excited at the prospect of being able to write and to read the fics I love so much. I don't think I can stay away from this site for too long; I just love to write and be able to see my works posted and being critiqued and reviewed. :)

Five of my fics are over a year old, so if you want an accurate representation of my current writing, I do not suggest basing it off of at least the first three of the following list. The oldest to newest of those five are The Secret, Blind, It Means Nothing, Draconis Viridans, and Exposure. To Be Loved in Return was written in a similar time period as that of Exposure, but was not posted until my recent return. My newest fic, written post-hiatus, is Fall For You, which is probably my favorite of them all, though it is a very close call.

Scary Beautiful by Eve

Summary: If you're looking for the same old James loves Lily but Lily hates James story, than you're in the wrong place. The story is about confusion, heartbreak, and yea okay, there's a little fluff here and there. The story starts off with Lily and James becoming friends in their 7th year. But seriously, how long can that last? With fueding friends, jealousy, and secrets, Lily and James have quite a few things standing in their way. Does this stop their famous love? No WAY! But why believe me? Read and Review!

Sorry I haven't updated in so long. I'm a horrible person. All I can say is that every other time i tried to post the last chapter, it didn't feel right. Now it does. I like how it turned out.

Aw how cute. I really like it. Especially how drastically changes for Lily, and how Lily slowly yet surely changes too. keep writing! :]

Like how his hazel eyes shone with laughter, his smile made her want to smile too, how he seemed to be shying away from the limelight he usually revelled in.

I really like the Sirius and James dance thing, it seems like something they'd do!

But wasn't Hagrid the gamekeeper? Because he went to school before the Marauders, and he was gamekeeper ever since his third year (Tom Riddle was 50 years before Harry's second year wasn't he?)

Other than that one little thing, it's a GREAT story!!

How very interesting and well written!

You took a new - and nice - spin on Myrtle. I particularly enjoyed the second chapter, where she says "Well done, Cedric" and giggles for days because it seemed like he spoke to her. Cute. :] And in both chapters, the whole "I like your chest" thing is really amusing. It seems very like Myrtle.

And even though Cedric doesn't actually say much, since it IS Myrtle POV, I think you wrote him pretty well. He seems like the courteous Hufflepuff Jo meant him to be: he's polite, his bow, and his charming smile. Good job!

I liked the idea for this story - no one ever considers the thought that Cedric may come back as a ghost and be with Myrtle. The only thing though is the layout of the chapters. It's a tad confusing going from a fic a few years into the past, to one back in Harry's 4th year.

Otherwise, I really enjoyed this fic! :]

Despite his striking appearance and uncanny ability to get his way when he tried, Tom Marvolo Riddle was just another orphan to the people of Vauxhall, and his grey tunic marked him as such to outsiders. ‘Not special or any different from the rest’ was the signal such clothes sent, and most people simply dismissed him from their minds as if he wasn’t there.

i like how you wrote this part, it really makes you think that a regular person that you see as not-so-special on the street can turn out to ruin everyone's life.

i also like the use of your language, and all the complex words and sentences you wrote that force the reader to pay close attention to what you're saying. your writing is great! keep it up! :]

An Unclear Past by Winged Artemis

Summary: It's years after the trio is out of Hogwarts, Harry's found all of the Horcruxes, Voldemort's dying slowly and the Death Eaters are receding. All of the trio are married, and life is swell. But with one last flourish, Voldemort attacks Harry and Ron. The two defeat Voldemort, but lose their memories of their past since their first year, along with You-Know-Who, leaving Hermione, Ginny, the Weasleys and Harry and Ron's kids help nurse them back to sanity.

Author's Note: The Violence is mild in the first and fourth chapter, there is a bit, so I added a Violence warning. It's not graphic, though.
