"Little solace comes
to those who grieve
when thoughts keep drifting
as walls keep shifting
and this great blue world of ours
seems a house of leaves
moments before the wind."

Wow. This story is really exceptional. I don’t read very many founder fics, but out of the few I have read, this one is by far my favorite. I can’t believe it doesn’t have more reviews!
I loved your characterization. We don’t know a lot about the founders and a lot of founder fics seem to stick with the fanon characterization, but your characters really broke the mold, while at the same time fitting so well into canon and being completely believable. The little details you included were absolutely brilliant. I didn’t notice until the end that Ravenclaw favored the sky, just as her House’s mascot does, while Hufflepuff, just like her mascot, stays on the ground. Very clever. Gryffindor and Slytherin as well shared several traits with the lion and snake.
It was very clever of you to title your four chapters with the elements of each House. I didn’t notice you had done that to the end. Everything you write is significant. I can really see the effort you put into this, and it pays off. You have such a wonderful story!
What a lovely story! I was so in the mood for a good next generation story, and this really hit the spot!
I love that you focused on Scorpius. I always thought about how hard it would be for the Potter and Weasley kids having to live up to their parents' fame, but it never occurred to me how hard it would be to deal with the consequences of your family's mistakes. I thought your portrayal of Draco was particularly strong, and I loved your Scorpius. Their relationship was one of the best parts of the story I thought.
Great job!Beautifully researched and beautifully written. I'm so glad I read this story-it was inspiring and touching with a touch of humor and a large dose of originality.
Great work!
EponineIt's been over thirty years since Harry defeated Lord Voldemort, yet a new threat hangs over the Wizarding World. The Exército de Leoa are a faceless organization who will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. The only problem is, no one knows what they are.
Draco and Astoria Malfoy crossed them, and they paid the price in Azkaban. Their son Scorpius wants them free, and revenge on The Exército de Leoa. There's only one way to achieve this, and that is to find Harry Potter. But the old hero has fled, for reasons no one can clarify.
Scorpius and his wife Lyra know that they have a limited amount of time in which to do this. What they don't know is what they're searching for might not be the solution...
What an interesting story! I was drawn to it by your original title, but your summary and story sucked me in immediately. I enjoyed this first chapter and will definitely be reading more!
Author's Response:
Aaw, thanks! I hope I can keep you sucked in!
Thank you for reviewing!

But when Libra Malfoy, daughter of foreign diplomats Scorpius and Rose Malfoy, is accepted, she’s not sure what to make of her mysterious new school. As she begins to investigate the strange happenings at Salem, she finds herself tangled in a web of deceit and danger. Could Salem’s methods be rooted in something sinister? It’s only too possible…
I ADORE this! Ahh! I've told you so many times how much I love this idea and I assure you, the execution is even better! I love that this story is completely American. Unlike some others-school stories I have read, this one is truly original. American wizards have their own culture, which makes such perfect sense. PLUS, I love the reference to the play. Perfect perfect perfect!
I also LOVED the interaction between Libby and her father. YES. It was perfect!
I don't know how much more I could gush about this chapter without being redundant and killing the exclamation point more, but I just adore it! Yay! Good job!
