heya im emma
im 16 and i absolutly adore harry potter and anything related.
i have always loved writing ever since i was tiny and the amount of rubbish stories i have written over the years is incredible.
so i decided, now that i am all grown up and (hopefully) know how to write well i have decided to put my love of harry potter and my love of writing together.
i am hoping that making my own will help pass the time until the seven book comes out.
which, now that i think about it, i am kind of hoping it never does, because it is going to be the last one and that is just going to kill me

Author's Response: I went to college there, so I know! (Great Marlborough Street, which is why I mention the Marks and Spencers there - I love that Marks and Spencers.) And you get carried along by the crowds if you don\'t know where you are going - a bit like getting sucked into a river current. Sometimes you find yourself getting carried along with the crowds even if you want to go in the other direction. I did write a ton more about him being completely bewildered and lost, but it meandered away from the story too much, so I ditched it. I really wanted to put it at Christmas time, so he got sucked into Hamleys, but I thought I had better not. Of course, you have just been there, done the Holiday Rush if you go every week - but hopefully you avoided being sucked anywhere you didn\'t want to go. All the same, I think it would have been terrifying for him after the old world atmosphere of the wizarding community.

thats was slightly disturbing
i loved the black heart
it was really good imagery and it was extra good to the fact that it was actually literal
i was quiet suprised ginny didnt overcome her not using unforgivable curses thing because i think that would have made it a bigger climax
now im just waiting for the nice chapter where ginny goes to india and finds her son and everything is fine and dandy... but i wont be too suprised if that doesnt come

This is primarily a mystery, with a bit of shippiness thrown in here and there. Of course, if I told you WHO is involved in the shippiness, that would ruin part of the mystery, wouldn’t it?
This story takes place immediately after OotP (and thus disregards HBP).

Author's Response: Yeah, I couldn\'t make it anybody other than Ginny. That would just be wrong. Even though I did support H/Hr for a long time (until I read OotP, anyway). Now I refuse to accept the idea of Harry or Ginny with anyone but each other. ;-)

oh its so exciting. i loved this story so much. the plot was incredible and im even glad that harry and ginny didnt actually get together because they always seem to straight away and its thing like that which make your story good.
im going to go and start reading the sequel now, even though my arms are starting to seize up because ive been on the computer for too long. oh well, this is much more important than being able to move.

My justification for Ron stealing from Harry is that he was REALLY desperate, plus his sense of judgement was impaired by his tiredness.
Yes, Snape is a bit OOC, but I couldn\'t think of a better ending.

Author's Response: I know - it was very sad. You\'re right, it wasn\'t fair at all. I completely agree - it was mean, especially when everything was about to get all happy and perfect. But if there\'s one thing I do try to do in my writing, it\'s make things real. And I felt that all those things are completely true - and it\'s real. Unfortunately it\'s not a happy ending - as in life, there aren\'t always happy endings, which is one of the saddest things in the world. So I am really glad that you felt all of that - as that\'s exactly what I was trying to convey! Thanks for reviewing!
