I solemnly swear I am up to no good…

12 January 2008:
I'd like to wish a happy new year to everyone and, regrettably, inform you that I won't be writing a lot of fanfiction anymore. I don't have the time to contribute to it anymore and what time I do have I would like to put towards writing something original that hopefully you will all see on a Borders shelf someday. "Of the Cursed" will be deleted, and you can consider Harry's adventure to continue in a canon-like fashion from the end of "Cruciatus Cursed" onward. I'm so sorry, but thank you for your support, and I'm glad to have pleased you with most of my works. : )

Hello to you, fellow Harry Potter fans. I am Miss Moony, and welcome to my profile. There isn’t much to say about me, nor do I care to say a lot about myself anyway, so here are the important things that you might need to know for future reference if you care to read my stories:

I write only the following ships: Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Remus/Tonks.

My favourite characters are Remus Lupin (bet you never could have guessed), Sirius Black, and Snape.

My least favourite characters are Voldemort (go figure) and Dumbledore (I have my reasons).

My favourite HP books are Prisoner of Azkaban and Order of the Phoenix

Patience is a virtue that I do not possess. Therefore, if I can update quickly, trust me when I say I will.

I answer all reviews I receive. Period.

If you are bored and care to read an excellent fiction, may I suggest Nuw255, Tagidi Riva, Abbs866, or weasleybabe24? They are fantastic.

That’s about all at the moment, so I hope you enjoy my fictions and that you will leave a review if you have some time. I would really appreciate it. Below are some quotes that you may peruse for fun at your leisure if you are bored enough (as I collect a good many of them), and the banner for my first posted fiction, “Cruciatus Cursed”.

If you actually read this without getting bored and taking a break halfway through, then coming back to it later, I shall be quite impressed.

~Miss Moony

Oh my... that was very well done but so sad! Poor Moony... Er... That sounded odd considering that I am the one writing it... Ah well. It was great; a very good (but sad) poem. : )
~Moony

Author's Response: Well, the guy was a git. Though moony didn\'t deserve to be punished. Yes, sad. Thank you.

Her Love by Ms_Wolfsbane

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •

If you're thinking "didn't I see this before?" you are right. But later it was deleted.

Awesome. So sad at the beginning but it is very heartwarming at the end. And thanks again for mentioning me. : )
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Thank you, Moony. I\'m too soft to have bad endings.

Oh, goodness, that was amazing! I don't usually get into poetry (maybe because I am rubbish at it...), but that was brilliant! Loved it; so totally going on my favorites! That was amazing; I don't know why you are so worried about your upcoming story!
~Moony : )

Author's Response: Thank you sweetie, you are too kind. Characterization and plot I can do but grammar is my downfall. There lies my worry.

~Moony (Yeah, random today. ; P)

Author's Response: Congrats on first review, i knonw how much you love that. As a friend I hope you know that the authors not applies. It is our friends not genetics that make us who we are. One good friend can cancel out any negativity in your life.

Author's Response: Sorry for the spelling mistakes, thats what happens when I write with Talila on my lap

Precious are these moments by Tagidi Riva

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A poem dedicated to a paragon of motherhood, Lily Potter.
Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 01/22/07 Title: Chapter 1: Precious are these moments.

That was beautiful, Rivah. I wish I could write poetry like that... it sounds a lot more like Dr. Seuss when I try! Anyhoo, that was just plain awesome, surrogate-mom Rivah. I hope that Lena gets back soon so that she can read it too. : )
~Moony

Author's Response: I don\'t know Moony, I have always had a soft spot for Dr. Suess. Cat in the Hat was the first book I picked out of the library. As your surrogate mom I will tell you to be proud of any poetry you write because no matter what, it is a true expression of yourself. (and You are a person any parent could be proud of) As for my prodigal surrogate daughter, I also hope she comes back soon. A family is never complete until you know all its members are happy and healthy.

Looking out the window by Tagidi Riva

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A poem on Ginny's feelings as she watches the trio leave the burrow after the wedding.
Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 01/30/07 Title: Chapter 1: Looking ou the window

Aw! I loved it! Keep this up and you will make me cry, like Nuw. ; P That was so sweet; very Ginny. Great job!

I looked through some of my old journals that night, too. It's amazing to see just how different we are when we don't even see it happening. Amazing.

Anyhoo, that was simply wonderful, as always! I can't wait for more, hun. See you soon!
~Moony

Author's Response: This is probably going to come off cheesy or cliche but I have to say it. Being the be all and end all to a family can strip you of a certain amount of your individuality. As a stay at home mom I am further limited by the fact that I rarely leave the house with out a gaggle of children. Reclaiming ( I think I subconciously picked that word)that peice of me, the unique eyes in which I see the world has made such a difference in me. Other people have actually asked me why I am so happy lately. Writing is what I love and you guys gave it back to me. Not only that but I am again being appreciated for who I am not what I do for someone. I will only slightly mar my previous statement by admitting to being a little hormonal today. The feelings are true though. I am forever indebted to you.

Let This Be Real by Tagidi Riva

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Awoken by some strange sensations, Ginny wonders if her hearts dream can be real.
Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 02/01/07 Title: Chapter 1: Let This Be Real

That was amazing, Rivah! I like the end, where she doesn't look but knows that he is there. *sigh* That's so romantic. I hope that I can write romance as well as you and Nuw can someday... I won't hold my breath, but hey, it could happen. : )

And thank you for the lovely comment. I never really thought of myself as this great author... Thank you. But, you know, you don't give yourself nearly enough credit. Your writing is amazing and I can't wait until I check my e-mail and see that you have another lovely poem up. Thanks for another great one, hun. : )
~Moony

Author's Response: I think I may have mentioned once before but my hugest fault is that fact that I am totally self deprecating. It occasionaly makes for great writing but for the most part its annoying. You, my dear are an amazing writer who has created an riveting story that has a surplus of loyal fans waiting with baited breath. I wish my writing at 16 was half of what yours is now. I am being completely honest. As for the romance, it does help that both Nuw and I have partners that at one time or place we had to woo. Part of the whole romance thing comes with experience. When you get it I have no doubt it will flow like a river. That being said, this is in no way a license to run out in a mad search for true love. Sorry mom brain took over for a second there. Rivah

Bheith Aris by Tagidi Riva

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Sometimes a place can play a profound role in a relationship. For Harry and Ginny, that place is The Bheith Aris. The Bheith Aris is a wizarding inn located in Cork, Ireland. At three pivotal points in their relationship the inn leaves them with more than they came with.
Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed

Hee, it's even better the fifth time I read it. XD Great starting chapter and I can't wait to see what happens next!!!!! *winkwink* Thanks for the compliment, as well. ^^
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: A compliment that is well deserved. I started chapter three last night. A call from my grandma inspired me.

As always, amazing to read. And I'm sure that it is just as good as it was the first time as well. ; ) Great chapter and I hope more is up soon!

Much luv from,
Miss Moony^_^

Author's Response: Ask and ye shall recieve and since you get it first anyway, it won\'t be long. I hope to finish in NY. Thanks for reviewing even if it is the third or fourth time you have read it. Love ya, Rivah

Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 07/16/07 Title: Chapter 3: Lost But Not Forgotten

Proud SJ cyber twin here (finally) to say:

As usual, fantastic! Not that I didn't know that already, seeing as I get to read it first. (Yes, everyone, that was me bragging.) It was absolutely amazing, as always, and it makes me rather sad that it is the end. : ( Oh well, I get to read the cooler stories of awesomeness, so yay!
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: That you do, and will continue to as you are offically my editor. Is weird to think I was literally talking to you while you were doing this but thanks so much for the review. I actually am contemplating a epilogue. Something someone said earlier gave me an idea. I know...uh oh

I liked it! The last two lines are my favorite because they are so true, especially in this instance. That was wonderful!

Author's Response: Thanks Moony. it was emotionally driven so that fact that it has been so well recieved warms the cockles of my heart

End of a House by Tagidi Riva

That was great, Rivah. It really shows Draco's mindset during what is happening. Very good.

Awesome chapter, once again, Nuw. This is where things really start to get interesting (not that they weren't before, but this is where a lot more action starts up^^). Love the chapter and can't wait for the next!
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Yeah, this is definitely where things start to pick up. I\'m glad you liked the chapter; I hope to submit the next one within the next couple of days.

Date: 05/14/07 Title: Chapter 5: Chapter 4: Searching for Answers

Huzzah!!! *tosses confetti* Congrats Nuw!!!!! So happy that everything is going well and you are all done^^ My exams are for the next two days, so I will be dead this time around. x_x That is so great though^^

As for the chapter it was one word:

AMAZING

See, there ya go^^ There is hardly anything else to say there as it covers the whole thing! Trust me if I went into what I loved, this would be a really long review that would probably be too long to read in one sitting. That and I am freaking over exams and an essay that I am postponing to write this review! Thanks for another great chapter and I am so glad that everything has worked out so well!
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Thanks for everything, Moony; I\'m really glad you liked it. Good luck on your schoolwork and exams! :-)

Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 04/11/07 Title: Chapter 1: Prologue: The Final Battle

*claps* Yay! I'm so glad you put this up! Very good, once again. I still like how she gets angry when she calls her "Ginny Weasley". That was so like her to do that it is uncanny. Are you sure that you aren't JK in disguise? o.O I wonder....... ; ) I love this and please update soon!
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Thanks, Miss Moony! I\'m glad you still like it. And, alas, I\'m still not JK. ;-)

Reviewer: Moony 62442 Signed
Date: 04/18/07 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 1: John Doe Wheatfield

Yay, Nuw!!!!! I loved the chapter. Poor Harry, though. It still gives me shivers when I think of how they treated that person. Good thing Harry kept that to himself, I guess. Thanks for another great chapter and talk to you soon!!!
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Thanks, Miss Moony! I agree that the treatment of the guy who thought he could do magic was quite harsh -- maybe too harsh -- but something had to make Harry see very clearly that he did NOT want to let anybody know he could do magic. I\'m glad you enjoyed the chapter. Thanks for reviewing!

Perfection as always, Rivah. And it is quite insightful, not that you ever aren't of course. One of my favourites, and believe me it is a difficult choice to decide which of your poems is a favourite of mine. Excellent job. : )
~Miss Moony

Author's Response: Awwww, thanks love. I had a decent amount of feeling to draw from. It is a painful thing, unrequited love but one should always hope. Tomorrow is another day and a change of heart can be around the corner.(sorry eternal optimist)
