Why did u make them die?

Author's Response: I wanted to stay as faithful as I could towards Jo\'s characters, so I looked up the names of the Weird Sisters and what instruments they played. I found all of the information on the Famous Witch and Wizard Cards. I felt that there were so many Weird Sisters that it would be hard to come up with fully developed characters for each of them. I had two of them die because I thought they were the least necessary and would add the least to the story. I know that\'s harsh, but it gets the reader to focus more on the characters that are in the story. Having them die also adds motivation for the surviving characters. They now have a personal reason to try to help defeat Voldemort. The death of these characters shows that Voldemort ruined many families\' and friends\' lives, not just Harry\'s. It helps bring the remaining Weird Sisters together. So there you go, a very long explanation for a short question. I hope that helps. btw, I am so sorry for not updating in forever. school took over my life, and I hope to get back to writing very soon. :o)
