Favorite HP book: umm...it's a tie between HBP and OotP, but OotP wins because Harry was finally the moody teen that I always wanted him to be!
Favorite HP movie: Most definitely GoF..although parts were cut out, the plot at least made sense and nothing extremely major was changed...at least they dumped Cuaron and got a decent director who knew what they were doing.
Okay, enough about me. Well, maybe not. I am a HUGE HP fan, and I am working on 5 HP fanfics right now. "Love Always, Ginny" is the first of the first series, all of which are finished, and awaiting approval. I live in MI, where the weather is constantly changing. Every five minutes, to be exact. I am also very involved in my school's drama program, forensics team, and music (choral) program. I write in my spare time, and I have nothing but time right now....so I'll probably be doing most of my writing and updating in the next few months. Some of you will probably be saying yay at this moment.
Also, I am voluteering to be a beta reader to others, as I'm pretty good at finding mistakes (except for my own according to the mds here at MNFF!) So, go ahead and contact me if you want to.

Author's Response: Thank you. Regulus will actually only play a minor role here. This will be a AU fic where Sirius will be at Harry's time. Regulus is to appear only minimally via flashbacks. Chapter 1 is already on queue. Hopefully there'll be nothing wrong this time. *crosses fingers*

Now that HBP is out, and I have continued to post my story, Harry Potter and the Unlocked Mind, I thought I would take a second to say this. Unlocked Mind will not be modified in any way to accomodate any of the cannon from HBP. Unlocked Mind, while not posted, was essentially finished before the release of JKR's book. Any similarities that my version of year seven has that may tie it to JKR's version of year six are coincidence.

I finally got to submit a review! Yay! Well, down to business...I loved the chapter, it was greatly written. I'm sad about all of the people dying...after all, with Colin Creevey gone, who will bother Harry all the time? Can't wait to read the rest...keep up the good work!
Author's Response: It is too bad about all of the people dieing. I picked Collin as one of them because of the name recognition of the character and because I didn't think people would hate me for it. It turned out to be a good choice.

Author's Response: Thank you, thank you thank you! The idea for this story was spawned after I read a horridly written fic featuring Hermione/Snape. I thought to myself, If she could be attracted to that greasy bat, why not everyone else? (For the record, I have read some wonderful fanfics featuring the same couple!)

simply wonderful! i wondered what had happened to the dursleys...this story gives vernon a more human appearance and shows how he realizes the "abnormality" he has dreaded and despised isn't so bad afterall. and that harry is someone worthy of his praise.
