I'm that girl who says "avada kedavra" and "crucio/cruciatus" before the opposing team makes a foul shot in basketball. I'm also that girl who debated for ten minutes straight the last day of school that Harry Potter would not die in Deathly Hallows (I was right- huzzah.) I'm also that girl who got nicknamed HP because of my Harry Potter habits.
Oh, and I marry Scorpius Malfoy, because if Rose did I think Ron would kill him. (; If not... Hugo Weasley is MINE!

Sorry, "Albus Severus" is just cruel, Harry, just cruel...
And Neville is the hottest professor EVER!

random rambler alert!

As Happily Ever After As They're Gonna Get by cjbaggins

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: My take on the first of those 'nineteen years' between the 36th chapter of DH and the epilogue.

Warnings: contains an unusually-shaped ring, a nosy neighbour, a rude shop assistant, shaving mishaps, thoughtful gestures, threatening goblins, and, unexplained appearances of Romantic!Ron and Romantic!Harry. You have been warned.

Rating is for *mild* innuendo and *mostly* innocent interactions but I wouldn't let my 9 year old read it.

Luna's Truth or Dare by Hutchinson

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: What happens when Luna challenges her friends to a game of Truth or Dare?

Hermione's Horcrux by Ravensgryff

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Hermione is a strong and capable witch; the brightest witch of her age. But that doesn't mean she doesn't have her own internal struggles, especially when Horcruxes are involved.

Hopelessly Devoted by saveginny417

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: There are some people that get everything they want from life. There are some people who don't. This is the story of two of those unfortunate people who didn't.

No - Go by RomioneLoverx

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: A Ron/Hermione piece from Seamus's P.O.V.
Over the years Seamus starts refering to Hermione as a 'no-go', but when the Graduation Ball rolls around will Ron finally take the hints Seamus has been dropping and ask Hermione?

Quote/Teaser:

“Don’t worry – Hermione’s a no-go, we all know that right Weasley?” I grin.

He’s certainly wasn’t happy at this moment and told me in no uncertain terms to “Bloody well piss off!”

Ardent by junior_achievement

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Following the Final Battle, two young couples share their first post-war conversations and finally admit their true feelings for each other.

one-shot

Sonnets for Voldemort by Flobberworm93

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A collection of sonnets that would be very, very fun to read to Voldy, that is, if you don't mind the getting killed part. If you don't know, a sonnet is a short fourteen-line poem that takes less than thirty seconds to read. I know. I timed myself. It's great for people with short attention spans. If you have a really short attention span, read a haiku.

Friends, Funerals… and Fred by FinnFiona

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

[Final warning: DH spoilers follow.] Three days after the final battle of Hogwarts, Harry must begin the painful task of attending the many funerals of the fallen. The first is perhaps the hardest, and Harry is focused on helping the Weasley family make it through the day—but maybe he still has a few things left to learn himself.

Author’s Note: I’ve read many a good story on the death of Fred Weasley, of whom I have always been very fond. Yet I think I needed to write my own version for that extra bit of closure. I hope you all enjoy, and maybe even experience a touch of catharsis yourselves. And as always, please leave a review! They're a huge help, and will all receive responses.

Never Let Go by HopelessRomantic21

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Ron's been acting dodgy lately, and Hermione's worried. What could he be up to? Hermione fears the worst...but perhaps all could turn out for the best.

Ron's proposal to Hermione.

All Along by FinallyWork

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: These are the things Ron wants more than anything else in the world.

This Night by Loonylovegood426

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: It is after Bill and Fleur's wedding; Ron is horrified, Harry is sickly and having flashes of Voldemort, and Hermione is the only calm person at Grimmauld Place. But what happens when Harry is gone and Ron is left alone with Hermione? A quick one-shot about Ron and Hermione and a quick missing-moment revealed in this story.

This story is somewhat quote-heavy from Chapter Nine (A Place to Hide) of Deathly Hallows.

Teaspoon by FinallyWork

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Late after the Final Battle, Ron thinks about something Hermione said long ago, and that Ms. Know-It-All might have been wrong.

Breathe by stelladarcy

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Last night, on the eve of the battle, a different sort of desperation prompted him to corner her in the library. There, amidst piles of books and flickering candlelight, he told her without preamble, “I can’t do this without you.”
Ron/Hermione oneshot

A First Kiss by Harry_Ginny_Love

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: First Kiss fanfics usually dissapoint me. They portray Ron as a cocky little Romeo and Hermione as a I-just-got-back-from-holiday-and-now-I-am-so-hot! girl. So I wrote an alternative. The way I think a Ron/Hermione first kiss fanfic should be written.

*One-shot*

Peeping Molly by lucilla_pauie

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: PRE-DH

A short breather from the war and the wedding...

Molly is in her rocker, in her Prewett heirloom eye mask.

Ron and Hermione are in the window seat, discussing rain, honeymoons and stilettos and... that thing they really should get to discussing.

They do get to discuss it.

And Molly had a treat.

This was an entry to the first Skele-Gro Challenge at MNFF Betaboards.

New Beginnings by Ron x Hermione

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Ron and Hermione are in love, and nothing can stop their relationship. Or so they thought.

A terrible tragedy happens in Ron’s family. The two try to sort out their problems. But Ron just doesn’t have the will to pick up the pieces. Will he have the strength to carry on? And will Hermione help him through it?

Excerpt:

She finally pulled away. “Are you alright? Do you need anything? Because I can just-”

Ron shook his head slowly, not even looking at her. He was in a daze. Hermione gave him a weak smile. “You’re really taking this hard, aren’t you?” she asked him gently. She put a soft hand on his shoulder.

Ron turned to look at her with an angry and hurt expression on his face. “Hard? HARD?” he yelled. He pushed her arm away.

Hermione almost gasped. This man didn’t sound like Ron at all. She hadn’t meant to offend him in any way.

This was originally written for the February One-Shot Challenge. I am Ron x Hermione, of Hufflepuff.

A Destiny in Time by Gmariam

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: Harry Potter has fulfilled his destiny, and survived his final confrontation with Voldemort; the Dark Lord has been vanquished, but at a terrible price. Dozens are dead, including some of those closest to Harry, and he blames only himself for failing them. Desperate, he returns to Hogwarts hoping to change what has happened and save those he loves. In doing so he unknowingly saves himself, but the consequences require great sacrifice.

This short story is now complete. It begins on the battlefield just after Harry’s duel with Voldemort, and follows Harry as he tries desperately to right the mistakes of the past, only to rewrite his own future.
