I've been a Harry Potter fan since January 2010 and am still kicking myself for not reading the books earlier. I hope you like my stories. If you don't that's okay too.

Stories:
The Secret of the Shrieking Shack
Currently the only story I have posted. It's about Dominique Weasley's first year at Hogwarts while she struggles with Lycanthropy.
Update: This story I am sorry to say is on hiatus for the time being. So sorry.

Stories I hope to post soon:

By the Moonlight in Your Eyes
Sequel to Shrieking Shack. It takes place in Dominique's fifth- sixth years at Hogwarts as she tries to distance herself from people even someone she might like (sound like another character you know?).

Bound in the Silence of Another's Secrets
Not exactly a companion to my Dominique fics but it does answer some questions you might have about them. The story is about Lucy Weasley as she discovers the darker aspects of her friendship with Lysander Scamander.

O.W.L. Year
A multiple POV story about Lily Potter, Hugo Weasley, and an OC of mine's fifth year at Hogwarts.

The Secret thoughts of Hermione Granger by Hermiones_Revenge

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Hermione describes her Ron troubles in this series of hilarious journal entries, notes passed in class, and lists. And...Mrs Norris is a duck?

NOTE: This was written quite some time ago, in my younger years. It was my first story...which should explain a lot.

I could not stop laughing. Brilliant.

The Resistance by enchantedsleeper

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: [Spoilers for Deathly Hallows] We all know what Ron, Harry and Hermione were doing at the time. Now, this is the story of the second Dumbledore's Army, and their resistance against Snape and the Carrows. Canon pairings.

I do like the way this story is going. I have to say I was a little surprised that the Creevey's returned, but a good surprised all the same. Just so you know Luna ends up paired with Rolf Scamander. I also didn't know that Neville ends up with Hannah.

Author's Response: Yeah, maybe it wasn't a good idea to bring those two back as characters, but at the time it seemed like a viable decision. Since then, though, I've read a review by JKR which says they weren't at Hogwarts, so I know it's definitely not canon. I'm in two minds about whether to rewrite those sections, because I like Colin and his imaginary cousin Laura as characters, but for the moment I'll keep them in anyway. Thanks for reviewing :)

Slaughter-Dew by Wings of the Morning

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: The first time it happens, he is fourteen. Sitting at the Gryffindor table, Peter thinks of murder. (What's wrong with him?)

[Peter Pettigrew, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and the logic of fives. Dark, some disturbing imagery. One shot.]

Wow, that was really intriguing. I'd never thought about Peter being OCD. And to that extent... How did you come up with this? That was well done. Nice work.

Wait by MagEd

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Despite their best efforts, the word "wait" is always in the vocabulary of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. Kicking off after the final battle is done and Voldemort is gone, this is how Harry and Ginny sent "wait" to the wayside. *one-shot*

I really liked this story, though I'm pretty sure there are some loose ends and questions that haven't been answered. The ending was sweet.

Author's Response: oh i know, there's stuff that is going to be continued into the sequel :) thanks for reading!

Oh, wow. I love how you portrayed George. It was sad, but it worked well. You are my favorite fanfiction author, and you never fail to amaze me. Keep up the good work. I can't wait until the next update.

Spark by panda_patronus

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Scorpius Malfoy and Rose Weasley absolutely despise each other. It seems as though the rivalry between the two families has passed down to the next generation, and it looked like that it wasn't going to stop anytime soon.

Into O.W.L. year our story starts, when suddenly both Rose and Scorpius notice there is something going on between them. Like a "spark" in their relationship. Including trying to figure out their feelings and a lot of dueling, fifth year is going to be one wild ride. For them at least.

Filled with plenty of action, romance, betrayl, and secrets, find out exactly how an entire relationship can change just because of a feeble spark.

I do like this story, but I just couldn't help thinking as I read this chapter that Scorpius is rather meaner than earlier in the story. Maybe it's just me.

Author's Response: I know what you mean, but it's partially because Scorpius is trying to forget about that "spark" from earlier in the story and show Rose that by under no means is he going to suddenly have a change of heart for her. He's also still annoyed about her punching him in the face and doing all those other nasty things, so this is kinda his way of retaliating. Thanks for you critisim, it helps me become a better writer! And thanks for reviewing! -panda_patronus

I liked this chapter a lot, though I didn't like the two of them going straight for their wands. Also when Rose punched Scorpius, I was strongly reminded of when Hermione doing the same thing to Draco in Prisoner of Azkaban. Keep writing.

Author's Response: Thanks! Also, thanks for your opinions. It helps me improve my writing! And I did kinda added the part with Rose punching Scorpius becuase Prisioner of Azkaban is my favorite HP book, so I kinda wanted to have a shout-out to it in at least one chapter, but I also wanted to show how Rose is so like her mother. You are the first person to make a comment about that, and I am glad you spotted it! Thanks for reviewing! -panda_patronus

Albus Potter and the Sorting Snafu by rjc917

I am enjoying this story. In response to your end notes challenge "Atherton, Aaron" is from the "Atherton" book series and Algernon Bunbury is from the book "Flowers for Algernon". It was creative to use those names. Interesting.

Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying my story, so I hate to tell you that your guesses about the names are wrong. I go to Penn State and actually wrote this story for a class there. George Atherton was an important president of the university, so that's where that name comes from. (Aaron is just because I like alliteration.) I hadn't actually heard of the Atherton book series, but I looked it up and they look pretty interesting. Your guess for Algernon Bunbury is closer (and I've actually read Flowers for Algernon), but he is from The Importance of Being Earnest. The character of Algernon Moncrieff has a fake friend named Bunbury. There are still plenty more names if you want to try again!

The Phoenix Or The Flame by GinnyRULES

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •

Blood and Roses by xxbabewithbrainsxx

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: BREAKING NEWS: Major Breakthrough In The Blood and Roses Case

Rose Weasley, newly appointed member of the Magical Law Enforcement Office and niece of Harry Potter, is now in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murdering her cousin, Dominique Wood (née Weasley). Miss Weasley’s wand was found at the scene, clearly indicating that it had been used to perform three Killing Curses on her cousin, cousin-in-law, and their three-year-old child, Ophélie. Auror Scorpius Malfoy has confirmed that an investigation is underway, although neither Auror Potter nor the rest of the Weasley-Potter family is available for comment.

I did like the story, although some parts were slightly disturbing but they worked for the plotline. Good job.

Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Yes, some parts were definitely disturbing but this story is not in any way the most disturbing thing I've ever written or anything :) Thanks for the review and I'm happy you enjoyed it despite the less palatable stuff.

I like the story, but I have a small question: is the story over? because I noticed when I looked at the story it claimed that this story was completed. It was slightly confusing.

Author's Response: Okay, well no, it's not over yet. I have one chapter left. I've submitted that last chapter and while I was at it, I checked the completed box too. That's why. Sorry for the confusion -- hopefully that last chapter will be validated soon since it is a challenge entry. Thanks for the reviews!

Transcendent Affection by Ginny Weasley Potter

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Scorpius Malfoy, Rose Weasley, Albus Potter and Brianna Flynn, after a very eventful fifth year at Hogwarts enter their sixth year, hoping to have a peaceful time at last. However, their hopes remain just hopes, as new, strange events start occurring at Hogwarts, putting all their lives in danger. A dangerous game begins and once again, trust and faith are shaken at their very roots.

Will they escape again this time? Will they come out of it unharmed? Not everyone is lucky every time, after all. And this could just be one of those unlucky times where guilt conquers innocence…

This story follows the same universe as my novella, 'Black With a Hint of Red' but there is no need to read that in order to understand this one.

I was wondering what happened to this chapter. Anyways, I do like this story a lot. Aiden seems like an interesting character.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm glad you find Aiden interesting. I enjoy plotting and writing about him. :D Oh, and I don't know what happened to this either. It vanished. Must have been a glitch. :p

A Rose By Any Other Name by Alice Mac

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Four Valentine's Day balls. Four very different encounters.

Scorpius Malfoy and Rose Weasley could never exactly be accused of getting along, but four days over four years test the nature of their relationship. From hatred, to sympathy, to attraction, to perhaps something deeper, Scorpius and Rose find themselves in uncharted territory. Can they rise above their ingrained dislike for one another? Or will their prejudices keep them from realising the true reason they can so easily get under each other's skin?

I do like this story and enjoy reading it. I particulary liked how well written this chapter was. I did think the confrontation with Rose went on a little long though. Maybe its just me, but still nicely done.

Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, I did draw out the confrontation with Rose, I just didn't want her to give in too easily! Thank you for your review :)

Polyjuice Puzzle by goldensnidget92

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: It is a year after the legendary events of the Battle of Hogwarts, and Harry and Ron have discovered that life in the real world isn't half as exciting.

This leads to the rather unfortunate idea of using Polyjuice Potion to switch lives for a day, resulting in much hilarity and two very sticky situations, after which the two boys never see each other in quite the same way again.

This story was nominated for a Quicksilver Quill Award 2012: Best Humour Story
