I'm so sorry that I took this long to post a reply to your lovely review... Thank you for all your kind words! Unfortunately, along with my thanks, I must give you a sad bit of news: By Firelight is on hiatus indefinitely, and I don't believe it will be coming out of that state anytime soon. The truth is, I've made a transition away from Harry Potter fanfiction to something a little more modern/active/realistic. I speak of the TV show, Glee. I'm in the process of writing a Glee fanfiction now...
To tell you the truth, the reason I didn't respond for so long was because I didn't really know how to say all of that... I hope you're not angry... It couldn't be helped... There hasn't been new HP canon in four years, after all, and the next season of Glee starts in September. I may post my new Glee story on Fanfiction dot net when it's done, so keep an eye out if you're still interested in reading my fanfics. I'll use the same pen name, too.

You strengthen the bonds already made and reconnect with someone you've had a fallout with.
Everyday Voldemort gets stronger, and the outside world becomes more real and more frightening. Lily, Marlene and the Marauders learn what it means to fall in love, what true friendship is, how to let go, and what is most important in life. Because not growing up is not an option. And some things are worth fighting for.
