I am 25 years old and I live in the Central Valley in California. I have been totally fascinated(sp?) with Harry Potter ever since I saw the first movie and continued to read all of the books as soon as they came out.

This is truly a fantastic story, and one very plausible way, possibly with a teacher similar to McBride doing the same thing, for the last book to start. Trememdus(sp?) kudos to you, can't wait for the next one. I am a person who tends to read a great amout of the stories in this entire forum and yours is only one of 2 or three that seems truly plausible.

Harry Potter and the Dynasty of the Wand by Lady Snuffles

Summary: The fact that opposites attract might be one reason for Ron and Hermione’s new endearment towards each other. By the time the Hogwarts Express pulls into Hogsmeade Station for another year at Hogwarts, every witch and wizard on the train knew something had changed drastically between the two friends. Harry and Ginny on the other hand decide to keep their relationship a secret because of a “dream” Harry has about ‘You Know Who.’ If their secret love is discovered by the wrong people it could possibly cost Harry and Ginny their lives.

The sequel is on it's way! It's been submitted so I hope you enjoy it everyone!

the story is nice and it does follow along with a good romance, but, it doesn't mention how harry and ginny got together(assuming that this is pre HBP) and the story doesn't follow the summary. I guess that it is supposed to be before the events in the summary, but is would be nice to have a head's up with this event. Like I said, it is a good story, with ron typically falling over himself to get out what he really wants to say. heh,heh,heh, nice first attempt.

Author's Response: Thanx for the review. As I said in my note "A/N: This is my version of HBP. It will be a very long story but I am a fast writer. The chapters should just keep coming." As in, the summary is telling about the overall story. Thanx for your reviews tho!

this story has a good overall premise, but the scenes are kind of disjointed. Like what happens between when harry and ginny get back together at the burrow, go down stairs and join the rest of her family, and the time when harry is trying to sleep. Also, I think the it is understood by this point that ginny is involved in what the trio are doing so you don't have to make her so pushy with harry, or as sneeky.

Summary: *Post HBP* Harry's life becomes more and more complicated as time passes. A certain person continues to bother Harry's heart, but he knows what is best. If Voldemort knew...she could get hurt. Harry leaves her and goes on to finally defeat Voldemort. But, not everything is okay after the final battle. He won't wake up. But, there's is something much worse. Will she stay by him faithfully or will it be too much?

Excerpt: Harry still could not believe that Dumbledore was dead. Every time the thought came to his mind, Harry always tried to think of something else. But then his mind would normally shift to Ginny and he’d rather think about Dumbledore than ponder his feelings on her again. Why does everything have to be so complicated? Harry thought as he tried hard to fall back asleep.
