OMG SQUEEEEEEE! Ok, I kept seeing your banner on the forums and finally I felt compelled to read this, which is strange because I'm not a fan of Lucius at all. But, I'm so glad I did! I didn't review up until now because I wanted to keep reading, but after this last chapter I had to stop and say dear Lord this story is fabulous!! *adds to favorites*
Your characterization is wonderful, everyone is extremely IC, which I personally think is difficult to do with the Malfoy's. I love that you made Siobhan friends with Harry. There really is a bias against Slytherins in the books, and I think shes an excellent example of how they can't be all bad. At the same time, her determination to get what she wants and her ease with manipulation makes her a perfect member of the house. Ok, back to reading!!!

Author's Response: The spell didn\'t make Draco any nicer. It just made him honestly search out Hermione\'s help and connect with her. I don\'t really think he\'s an evil person. He\'s human and capable of loving someone, we just never see that side of him through Harry\'s eyes. :)

I am a Hr/R shipper all the way, have been from day one, though I must admit that they were sweet together. But, how much of that was just because of the spell...hmmm, anxious for some interactions with Ron and a response to all that has happened!
Author's Response: I love hearing this - that R/Hr shippers have liked the first half of this story. I really do appreciate it since I\'m rather torn myself. I love D/Hr but in canon it\'s R/Hr all the way. I just can\'t decide! :)

This line made me laugh out loud! PRICELESS! As per usual, I think you portray Ginny very well. She's not sobbing all over herself and a nervous wreck over the loss of Harry, but she's also not moving on too quickly, which I like. I was a little surprised at Zabini being the one to comfort her, though he takes on many different personalities in fanfiction, and this characterization was really nice and fitting. Good job! I also really liked your personification of the wind and the feeling of Harry being near her. Strangely the only thing that seemed out of place to me was the song lyrics (though I tend to find that's the case with song fics in general, so it could just be me). Fantastic work, as always! Write more!!!

As for the lyrics; this used to be a complete song-fic with the lyrics worked in between the text. But I decided to remove them and only keep the one\'s that had really inspired me to do this fic.

First of all, I LOVE your use of imagery! I can literally see every line in my head like a movie. Fantastic job! Secondly, I like how you used Ginny in this story. People tend to focus on her anger or her stubborness, and you really brought out the beautiful aspects of Ginny as a friend. Her holding hands with Luna, crying for Neville's pain. Even screaming the word "boob" was so fitting of her! I almost cried when you described the scene in the great hall waiting for the owls. We focus so much on the battles themselves and those fighting, that sometimes we forget the horror of those who really don't know what's going on, and you painted that picture very well. Bravo! You're going in the favorites and I hope to read more!!
