[center]Name: Leighanne
Alias: leighpotter
Country: Hmm...depends what time of year you ask. I guess in essentials I'm from Greece but I've lived half my life in England and I've spoken english since I've been talking in greek...
Reason for being on Mugglenet: Well, if you're reading this to find out the answer maybe you should go on on another site *grins* but I started by reading fanfictions and then started writing my own. A lot of my own...
Favourite Books: Can anyone say Harry Potter? Out of those (brilliant, great, spectacular, incredible) books, my favourites would have to be Prisoner of Azkaban and Deathly Hallows. Other than HP, The Host By Stephenie Meyer (another example of he mediocre writing style but more enjoyable than Twilight - though it dragged on a bit!), Wicked Lovely By Melissa Marr, Atonement By Ian McEwan, Pride and Prejudice By Jane Austen, Emma By Jane Austen, The Artemis Fowl Series Ny Eoin Colfer, His Dark Materials (Northerns Lights, Subtle Knife, Amber Spyglass) By Philip Pullman, The Sally Lockhart Series By Philip Pullman, The Gemma Doyle Trilogy (A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, The Sweet Far Thing) By Libba Bray, The Alex Rider Books ByAnthony Horowitz,The Bartimaeus Trilogy By Jonathan Stroud...I think this list could go on for a while...I'll continue when I've had a look through my rather large collection...I recommend every one of them. If you'd like a detailed review of each one I'm sure you'd be reading for a while. By all means, don't hesitate to ask! You may have noticed a certain fondness for trilogies, series, sagas...What can I say? I have a difficulty believing a hero's story finishes in only one book...(One of the reasons I love Harry Potter - there's seven of them!)
Vampires, Luna/Draco and a terrifying yet intriguing start...how much more interesting can this get? I especially loved the description...Update soon, I really can't wait for more...
Very interesting, both chapters...but I'd like to see what his daughter is like soon! Other than that slight delay, well done! I can't wait for the next one!
Wow...very original, very interesting, very many questions still unanswered...my favourite kind of start for a new story...well done, I especially enjoyed whatever we learnt about Lark (weird name by the way) and Julietta. Can't wait till we (and she!) meet Ron!!! Oh, before I forget - this takes place during Ron's sixth year right? Will it follow the whole half-blood prince thing (although it wouldn't be quite relevant) or is Voldemort somewhat ignored?
Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing! I\'m glad you liked how it starts (hopefully I won\'t mess up as I continue). About your question... I must have made another mistake with the setting (I am really good at doing that). It actually takes place in Ron\'s seventh year (my story interpretation of it, anyway). I\'m trying to put the Dark Side and Lord Voldemort in, but they will be more of a sub-plot. Sorry for the mistake, and thank you for reviewing despite that!
I haven't been on MNFF for a while now but I'm really glad I stumbled on this adorable fic! It's rare that a fanfic makes me laugh or at the very least smile, but this had me grinning ear to ear from he start! Perhaps the fact that I've always had a soft spot for George helped - still, this story is going straight to my Favourites. Really well done, especially the last line, I really enjoyed it!
Author's Response: Oh, WOW! Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it. Totally random pairings are a lot of fun to write so I'm pleased it was fun to read. You've just made my day. Beaming smile, Carole xxx
