I'm just another budding writer that has taken inspiration from the great works of J.K. Rowling, using it as a medium to display my own ideas far more than is healthy. I'm of the mature age of fifteen and tend to share my thoughts more with the keys of my computer than those around me. I rather like the idea of hiding behind a pseudonym if I'm going to bare my soul through my words, thus, here, I am at peace.

The Violin Teacher by stardust

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Wherever his reputation preceded him, he was unwelcome. So he kept inside and played his violin. And the music carried through his open window, and, unseen, he serenaded the city... Remus Lupin, as a Muggle, tutors one Hermione Granger, a brilliant young violinist with a promising career. (AU, slightly allegorical.)

Wonderful beginning, you can paint a detailed picture with your words. You could easily be an author.

Author's Response: Thanks, Sileny. That means a great deal to me. =)

An Unclear Past by Winged Artemis

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: It's years after the trio is out of Hogwarts, Harry's found all of the Horcruxes, Voldemort's dying slowly and the Death Eaters are receding. All of the trio are married, and life is swell. But with one last flourish, Voldemort attacks Harry and Ron. The two defeat Voldemort, but lose their memories of their past since their first year, along with You-Know-Who, leaving Hermione, Ginny, the Weasleys and Harry and Ron's kids help nurse them back to sanity.

Author's Note: The Violence is mild in the first and fourth chapter, there is a bit, so I added a Violence warning. It's not graphic, though.

Currently on hiatus. See profile for more information.

I must say you are a very great writer even though your story is so sad. I hope things get slightly happier as they go along. Well, update soon!

Author's Response: wait....double post?

Author's Response: Thanks so much! Things are going to get happier. My sister was reading this, and at the end of this chapter she was just like, \"That was so sad.\" I haven\'t actually started #3 yet, but I\'ve got a pretty good view of what\'s happening. #4 is when it gets all fluffy. Thanks for your review! -Hannah

The Edge by Infinity

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: You can't put everything into words. Somehow, they lose their meaning in the attempt, and then they are nothing but words, sequences of letters, empty. That is why she left no note. And now, standing on the edge, she contemplates the reasons of why she is going to do it.

Wow, you are a great author. You have a wonderful way of potraying the characters, making them come to life. Your story is sad, but it makes you think.

Great story! I really liked it, even though it is a little sad. You are a great author and I hope you write more!

Author's Response: Thank you very much! I wouldn\'t describe my story as \"sad\", somehow, but I can understand why you felt that way.

Sleep by Fabula_propono

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: They were evil. They were cruel. They were violent and sadistic and barely human. But it was that 'barely' part that people tended to overlook. And the fact that not all Slytherins flew the same flag for the same reasons...

The first installment of a one-shot series into the minds and hearts of the most notorious Slytherins of the Harry Potter series.

Wow. That was a great story. I love how you make the characters that are often seen as walking evil into feeling humans. I often have to sigh at people who portray the infamous characters of Harry Potter as people who loved death and pain. You were perfect at describing Lucius. Keep writing!

Three Orphans by spiderwort

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: In her remaining years at Hogwarts, Minerva will have many adventures, some of which will mold her into the doughty, loyal witch we all know and revere. She will meet many characters already familiar to us: Barty Crouch, senior, Horace Slughorn, Poppy Pomfrey, Hagrid, Pomona Sprout, and... Tom Riddle.

Just thought I would add my profound respect to those who have already reviewed. I really enjoyed this, and I hope I don't have to wait too long until the next chapter. Please continue to write as this has captured my imagination with its hints of a Riddle/McGonagall relationship, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with such feelings.

Author's Response: *blushes* Thanks, Sileny. Of course, as soon as I realized that Tom and Minerva had to have been at Hogwarts together (and Hagrid too!), my mind started wqndering in that direction.
