Me? Imagine a slightly short girl with black hair. Extremely talkative, never still and quiet, that's me. Nothing special.

I live in Korea(South), so my name is Jiyoung. But I like Jenny better. I'm 14 years old, and I love reading the fics in this site. I like writing too, but I don't post fics a lot here..(mostly because I'm horrible in English) But I keep reading!

P.S. I can't understand WHY I need to learn Physics and Math and everything at this age.. It's bloody hard but nobody else is complaining..

WHAT INVISIBILITY CLOAK??!!

Turned to Grey by annie

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Lily decides she's had enough of Severus' fascination with the Dark Arts. She confronts him about it. Snape/Lily, pre-James/Lily, MWPP era, might contain DH spoilers. Based on the song "Gotta Go My Own Way" from High School Musical 2.

It's just so sad! She's chatting with James right after she stopped being friends with Severus! You did a marvelous job expressing the feelings Severus felt, even though it's Lily's POV. I also liked how James didn't really push her, just said "Okay... Evans."

Thank you for giving me the dress you wore when you first kissed Granddad.
Wow. Amazing touch. I really like George(or Fred)/Angelina, and this is the best one I've ever read.

Author's Response: Thank you very much for the review - I really appreciate it and am glad you liked the story. I think they're rather an underated couple, so I like reading and writing them, too. ~Carole~

The Sound Inside a Shell by Alice in Potterland

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: "Voldemort meant little to us then. It was just a name our frightened parents tossed around. They had grown up during Grindelwald's reign - knew nothing but fear. They were paranoid. To us, fear was tangible only in the moments spent considering another loss to Slytherin on the pitch."

Wedged comfortably between two eras of turmoil, the students of Hogwarts never imagined they'd go down fighting. Life at school was defined by teenage rebellion, tough classes, and nail-bitingly exciting Quidditch games. Grindelwald's defeat was news of the past, but some told of a new dark wizard on the rise by the name of Lord Voldemort...

But for Alice Emerson and Lily Evans, for Potter and Black and the rest of her class, that was simply irrelevant. The outside world stopped at Hogwarts' gates until tragedy in their fifth year brought it violently to the forefront.

Of Slayers and Champions by ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:

After it was all said and done, Harry wanted a sandwich. However, Ron knew that what he wanted was far deeper and complex and maddening and insufferable. But could Hermione ever forgive him for leaving her behind? Could he ever forgive himself?

This story was nominated for a 2011 Quicksilver Quill Award: Best Canon Romance.

Reviewer: J-Holly Signed
Date: 03/07/13 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Hmm... It's great, but I guess it doesn't have much impact on me because I already read Prefect Paralyzed and it was really amazing. But reading again, I see that this story is also interesting. I like the way you wrote Ron's thoughts, that's exactly what he would have thought. You really have a gift in writing, I never could have written anything like this.

Author's Response:

Hello again! I think you've reminded me of how many random things I have on my author page, hehe.

I'm glad that you liked the story and found it interesting. I've been told I have a knack for writing Ron, even though he's not one of my favourite characters. Though his thoughts after the war might've been a bit on the dark side, I think he would take the first chance he got to make things right with Hermione, because he loves her.

Anyway, happy reviewing, and thank you for stopping by! If you would like an author recommendation, I wholly endorse Equinox Chick, both for variety and quality. :)

The Proposal by ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Oliver Wood was living on another planet from the way he'd planned his life after Hogwarts to turn out, virtually homeless and definitely penniless, but when he finds himself pulling pints at The Three Broomsticks on Christmas Day, a visitor comes and reminds him of how much different things could have been.

Not my favorite, but well written. I liked the drunk version of Ludo Bagman!

Author's Response:

And yet another story I couldn't remember what it was about...there are so very many. :/

Anyway, this isn't really my best work, as it was banged out in about 45 minutes to meet a challenge deadline for the purpose of earning points. For some reason I have yet to understand, it placed, but I agree...not my favourite, either. However, I think it's good to step outside of my normal zone and write characters like Ludo because I don't do very often. I rather like him in this, as well. :) Thank you for stopping by!

Prefect Paralysed by ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: On her first night of patrol, Molly Weasley was armed with the basic rules of how to be a prefect, but one guideline had been woefully omitted from the list: what to do when a handsome delinquent robbed her of her ability to think.
Reviewer: J-Holly Signed
Date: 03/07/13 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Scorpius and his drawling and his smirking!!! The way you expressed him was so realistic, and I'm sure that's what he would have done if J.K.Rowling ever wrote about him. I also liked how you expressed Molly's thoughts so well, and how you added the rules.

Author's Response:

Oh, Scorpius...I normally make him a little nicer, but here and there, it's good to show shades of Draco in him.And yay that you thought he was canon-esque. That is high praise, indeed.

Molly was fun, because she can be like Percy, but also has a wild card when it comes to characterisation, as we know nothing about her mother, Audrey. She could be a stickler or a wild child, and it's fun to search the span of both in the quest to find the perfect character. I rather think she's like this, though.

To be honest, I had to go back and reread this story because I didn't even recognise the title, it's been so long since I last looked at it. Thank you for putting this story back on my radar and how much fun it was to write.

~Jess

An April Goodbye by PoeticallyIrritating

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: It’s April Fools’ Day. Lily Evans wants nothing more than to escape, but she's caught off guard by someone she'd prefer to forget.

This is PoeticallyIrritating of Ravenclaw writing for the 2011 Aprils Fools' Day Challenge in the Great Hall, Prompt 3(A).
Reviewer: J-Holly Signed
Date: 03/16/13 Title: Chapter 1: An April Goodbye

Fun, good enough. But the ending was a bit confusing. Maybe it would have been better if it was finished right after the kiss, since it's a Severus/Lily. (But I guess I'm not the one to give advice, I'm a horrible writer.)

Blown Out Candle by The_Real_Hermione

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: Remus had never really considered the possibility of having a girlfriend. But is there a girl out there who can change his mind, who can crawl under his skin until her existence is what ties him to life?

Remus/Marlene
Reviewer: J-Holly Signed
Date: 03/01/13 Title: Chapter 1: Blown Out Candle

Wow! That's so sad. And it's sweet, how Remus went for her immediatley. It explains why he didn't want to marry Tonks.

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! I'm glad you enjoyed it, though it is sad (I think a lot of Remus' life is sad), and I always thought there was another reason he was so tentative with Tonks - apart from the fact he was a werewolf. Thanks again for reviewing! ~Katrina

All in the Genes by Equinox Chick

Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling or have any drop of Weasley pranking blood in me.

This story is for Olivia (Apollonius) who likes a certain ship as much as I do, and has written the odd prank in her time. Happy Birthday!

It was so funny! I really liked the ending, it had so many possibilities!

Is Maryam a girl or boy? Is Gwenog a girl or boy? Is Georgette a girl or boy??

Whatever. I still think your works are amazing. :)

Author's Response: Gwenog Jones is the world's best and famous female quidditch star. According to JK Rowling. she is the Captain of the Holyhead Harpies , former member of the Slug Club, and unmarried. The rest of the characters or character traits are my creation for my little HP universe and are not considered canon outside of there: Gwenog Jones was in late thirties and unmarried; I write as a lesbian torn between her love of the game that consumes her life and any 'real' relationship. She has not been open to the general public about her life because Gwenog Jones (Celebrity/commercial spokeswoman) makes much more money than Gwenog Jones aging Quidditch player. Georgette Tawlib was a much younger player for the Harpies. Many in the league thought Georgie had slept her way onto the Harpies. She had not, because they both, she and Gwen, knew Gwen loved the game more than she ever loved Georgette. Maryam is a common Egyptian female name (a kin to Miriam or Mary). Maryam is a closeted Lesbian in a county where the government doesn't approve of such. An older and more at peace with herself version of this Gwenog Jones appears in my Scorpius Malfoy stories.

If I Die Young by Nagini Riddle

When the question is posed, Severus makes a promise he can't keep
Reviewer: J-Holly Signed

I really liked the way it showed the two of them when they were young, since that's my favorite part in the books. The way Lily was so... well, innocent, was really sad. Overall, great story. Among your stories, this is the first one I read, and I'm happy to find that I have someone else to add to my favorite author list.

Author's Response: Oh, thank you! I am extremely glad you liked this, and it makes me want to write more one-shots. :) Keep reading.
