Hello!
I'm Pooja, a twenty-two year-old Indian. I'm a die-hard fan of Harry Potter, aShahid KapoorVarun Dhawan lover, and very proud Hufflepuff.
I'm in Med college now, and I stay away from home. I really hope to continue writing even after I become a doctor. :)
I'm fond of reading, singing and six years ago, I discovered my fondness for fanfiction writing too. I'm much better now than I was when I came here, but I still think there's much room for improvement as far as my writing is concerned.
My all-time OTP is Ron/Hermione. I love this couple to death, even with my limited number of stories about them.
I am slowly starting to try stuff I've never tried writing before. I find that I quite enjoy writing slash these days.
Anyway, here are some of my stories, sorted out for you:
SERIES
I've got two series out here. The first one is a trio era series (though the sequel to the first novel is OC based) and the second one is next-gen. Here's some information about these:
1. TRIO ERA (PRE-DH)
Ha! I don't have a name for this one. I think I should come up with one soon, though. This series is COMPLETE.
Killer Instincts: Complete, with H/G and R/Hr as the primary ships.
Where Are You? Complete. This is the sequel to KI but it only follows my OCs from Killer Instincts-- Daisy, Chris, Cheryl and Pari. Yes, it's a completely OC based story.
Companion fics (one-shots, all featuring Anurag Krishnan):
a. Mum's the World (pre-WAY)
b. Face Value (pre-WAY)
c. At the End of the Tunnel (post-WAY)
2. TRIO ERA SERIES (POST-DH)
This is a recent series of mine and it complies with DH, as opposed to the Killer Instincts series.
Plum Cake: This takes place during DH. It's Hermione's birthday in 1997, and the trio is camping.
Ready or Not: H/G + R/Hr, and I'm currently writing this fic. It's going to be novel-length. It's a romantic mystery. :)
Lilttle Angel Wings R/Hr story, depicting their marital problems. Complete.
3. YEARS FIVE AND SIX: SCORPIUS MALFOY, ROSE WEASLEY AND ALBUS POTTER
Black With a Hint of Red A mystery novella which was written for a challenge. I must say, I'm rather proud of this one!
Transcendent Affection: The sequel to BWHR, with a few other twists. This is a mystery too.
4. ROSE AND SCORPIUS SERIES
His Hero: Rose/Scorpius one-shot.
I Know Why You Smile: Scorpius and Rose encounter some relationship problems. (Scorpius/ Rose and Scorpius/Victoire)
CHAPTERED STORIES
Coup de grace: Incomplete, on an indefinite hiatus but I don't think I'd label it 'ababdoned' YET.
When the Rose Fell: I'm co-authoring this with my sis, Nadia/majestic_ginny. It's a Scorose. :)
ONE-SHOTS
There are some really old ones here and that is not what I write like now. :p
Trio Era:
Plum Cake (R/Hr)
A Stolen Kiss (Cedric/Penelope)
It's Called Sweet Vengeance (R/Hr)
The Champion (Cedric Diggory)
Flawed (Padma/OC)
The Crush (Seamus/Lavender)
Inside Out (Padma/Penelope)
Older fics--
Inanity Over a Hairstyle (Ginny)
Next-Gen
Battered Heart (Hugo/OC)
Testimony (Scorpius/Hugo)
His Hero (Scorpius/Rose)
Cold Feet (Scorpius/ Hugo)
Eastern Dawn Stars (Scorpius/ OC)
The Maimed Reflection (Albus Potter)
Miscellaneous:
Mum's the World (Anurag Krishnan-- my OC)
Sapphires (Various Pairings)
Rubies (Sequel to Sapphires, various pairings)
Princess (written for an OC challenge, Dark/Angst)
Face Value (Sequel to 'Mum's the World, Anurag Krishnan, other pairings
At the End of the Tunnel (Anurag Krishnan, spoils Where Are You?)
POETRY
Now, I haven't got very good stuff here. My best is 'While He Leaves'. The rest probably aren't even poetry with the haphazardly fashion that they've been written in. Anyway--
While He Leaves (R/Hr)
Fun in the Romantic Rain (R/Hr)
Other stuff:

Thank you for stopping by! Please review my fics, if you read them!
Hey, nice poem. Its really touching, actually.
I think I had forgotten to mention all these compliments when I had critiqued your poem. Yes, I had actually critiqued this one in the forum, as I had not seen the Half Blood Prince's post. I don't think you saw my critique, anyway. Well, I'm sorry for putting up that critique without seeing the rest of the posts properly.
Once again, a very well written poem!
~Ginny~
Author's Response: Oh really you did? I\'m sorry, I\'ve been kinda out of it for a while but I\'m here now. Thanks for the compliments, I\'ll go check out your critique now :D
Lol, I hope this happens... I hope that the nasty rumours about him dying in Book7 are false!
Author's Response: Me too! ~Lindsey :)
Ooh, this one was so cute! You should put it in various pairings, Every anecdote was very cute. I really loved it. I especially liked the J/L, R/Hr and H/G parts, they were funny as well as romantic. Kudos!
Author's Response: I guess I should move it then, pooja. But the main dishes were the quartet, so I placed it here for the meanwhile. Thanks for the review again! ^_^
OMG, what's he going to do? From Draco's side, Harry sounds like a real git, no doubt! Actually, Harry IS a git, one way or the other, no?
I loved the chapter. I enjoy Hermione's character a lot. Very cute. Oooh, I could just pull her cheeks, now!
Author's Response: Lol.
Harry is a git! But a lovable one, really.
Thanks for your review.
Okay, I really wanna comment about the story till now... um, I have no idea why.
* I like the humour incorporated by you. It is like Wodehouse- you either understand and take in the humour, or you don't find anything funny. This fic has very light and clean humour, unlike a lot of writers who use vulgar jokes.
* This plot is very unique. I like the difference from the usual spoof-on-Voldy or those Snape and Bellatrix spoofs.
*The language you have used is very realistic.
*Draco's characterisation has been done really well.
*I also liked the teenager-ish jokes here and there.
So, all in all, it's a very, very good fic. Keep it going!
Author's Response: Awww...thanks! You really summarized my story very well in regards to its humor. I appreciate that. And I'm quite flattered you compared it to Wodehouse. XD I totally am for light and clean humor that is non-spoofy even if it comes off as "cute" =]
Thanks a lot! XD
Are you planning to put in some Draco/ Hermione romance in this? Anyway, enjoyable chapter. Removed all my exam tension! Thanks!
Author's Response: I\'m glad my story removed all the tension of your exam.
As for your question, the most direct answer is no. At least not for this story. I already have a sequel planned out *check packet of evil plans* and there\'s room for romance there. That is if you enjoy Dramione\'s and wanted to see some in the story. I had already promised myself that this wouldn\'t be a romance, and it would strictly stay a humour. *shrugs* But thanks for your comment. *hugs*
Hehe, it's funny to imagine a toddling fiancée! I was waiting for Ron to make an arrival. It was, as usual, an outstanding chapter. But is this really D/Hr? Because if Ron and Hermione are going to get married, then...
And the symbolism with Scorpious was amazing. Draco named his kid after his favourite stuffed toy, eh?
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your lovely review. No, this isn\'t a D/Hr fic...the sequel might be D/Hr.
The symbolism with Scorpious was all accident. I\'m glad you liked it though.
Wow! Nice one! One of my favs!
Author's Response: Thanks!
Um, hmmm... I wonder what Lupin wants... but this chapter was funny! Mafly! God, I'm gonna laugh at that for many days, now! Good job! I loved this chappie! As usual... :)
Author's Response: I loved Mafly too!
Thanks for your review.
Wow, this was a pretty cute chapter. Malfoy will make a good Dad, I guess. ;)
Author's Response: A dad?! Lol. *squishes*
Wow, you're wonderful. This is you're second fic that I've read, and it was really beautiful. It's so sad that Harry won't get this in the Seventh Soul (refer to my other review).
As you can deduce by reading my penname, I'm an ardent Harry/Ginny shipper. You've done a lot of justice to the ship, in this fic. It's a wonder what the Almighty can do sometimes' isn't it? You should just leave everything to him (Actually, I'm looking at his photo now, and I think he's smirking at me).
Amazing!!!
Author's Response: Heehee. I\'m glad you liked it so much! This is probably one of my favorite fics that I\'ve written. Lurve H/G... :P Thanks for the review!!!
That was heart-wrenching! So beautiful! I have a huge lump in my throat now. Beautiful writing, I must say. Wow!
Author's Response: Im glad you liked it, I wanted to write how it would effect Ginny if Harry did die, and it ended up like this...Thanx 4 ur review!
Oh, this story seems to have been written long ago, but it is cute. I've read Gift of the Magi and it's a beautiful story. This one is beautiful too! Ron and Hermione reminded me exactly of Della and Jim.
Author's Response: That\'s what I was aiming for, to at least remind oyu a bit of the original. I\'m so glad that this has been reviewed, because it was originally written for something for Christmas, but I\'m glad you liked it. :) ~Lindsey :)
Nice... it's a really different fic and I got attracted to it, being an Indian myself (a Mumbaikar, actually). Where do you stay?
Anyway, there's one thing- Parvati and Padma are not Gujratis; they are Marathis. Patel is Gujrati. I'm quite sure of it, as I know a few people with the last name Patil. They are all Marathis. Just correct that part.
Ah... Ron's eyes, I loved that. And just so you know; like you, I love Ron too! As for the fic, it was absolutely touching oh my God! It's very well written. Your writing style is simply superb. Very realistic and the depth of Harry and Ron's friendship has been expressed well too. Simply sensational. Hats off to this fic!
Author's Response: OOh do i get a hat?!!!!
Oh, that was nice! It really expresses the depth of true love and makes you believe in this special emotion. Only one thing, though: Please take Mr. and Mrs. Weasley - you might have wanted to mean Miss Weasley. I think it's a typo, anyway. But that does not mar the quality of your story. Superb!
Author's Response: *huggles reviewer* Your review made my day! Thank you so much . .. I will go back and fix it! ~Lindsey :)
But love prevails, especially love as strong as Ron and Hermione's. Love unconditional and trusting, no matter the circumstances, makes everything just perfect.
Tht was a really different type of story, I'd say, I've never read anything like this. You have written Hermione and Ron's trauma very well, that's exactly the type of reaction to expect from their characters. It was a marvellous fic, Pauie, too good!
Author's Response: *blushing as much as tan skin would allow* Thanks, Pooja!
Golly, this was beautiful. Lily was not too mature for her age, when you look at what she has gone through. my friend has gone through more and she is incredibly mature for a 15 year old- she's like an adult. Well done, though.
Author's Response: I didn\'t think Lily was too mature either, but my moderator did, and thought I should explain about that. I know people here who have gone through hell, and they never had a childhood. Mine was sort of wasted on me, too. But thanks, so much!
It's nice to blame your hormones, during my exams, I used to get angry at every tiny thing (Oh well, I had been studying for them for a whole year!) and when my Mum used to ask why I was angry, I said that they were the effect of 'raging hormones of a teenager'! Cute chapmer, though. :)
Author's Response: Tell me about it! LOL. Thanks! Glad you liked!
*Squee* that was so cute! Wow. Ginny is really going evil, isn't she? And I like the sound of Ron and Hermione's daughter. Daddie's girl, isn't she? Good chapter! :)
Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, she\'s getting there. I think if Ron and Hermione have a daughter, Ron\'s definetly the kind of Dad to spoil her. That\'s what I\'m going for anyway!
