Reject Reality by RandomTwirler

Rated: Professors •
Summary: Four years after Hermione has completed her magical training at Hogwarts, she is summoned back and given the opportunity to return as a teacher. After accepting, she is reunited with many of her old schoolmates. Some she is thrilled to encounter, others aren't as welcomed. Especially the only people that ever made Hogwarts a nightmare to endure. What happens when their worlds collide? Do some prejudiced purebloods and cantankerous "dungeon bats" truly change?

I really like this story. I don't usually go for Post-Hogwarts stories, but this is very good. I really would have expected Hermione to be the Charms teacher and Malfoy to teach Potions, but I do like surprises : )

Hi! I finally got around to reading this! It's very good. I really want to know what happens to everyone, but at the same time, I loved the ending. I'm just strange that way, I suppose. Anyway, it's extremely well-written and the characterization is perfect. 10!

Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m glad you liked the ending. Thanks for saying it\'s well written and I\'m glad you thought the characterization was good. : )

This is a great story. Such a unique plot! I just wish the queue wouldn't take so long. This story is just so funny and original; I love it!

Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, the Real Chapter 8 never got approved, I had to scrap it (that old Too Graphic problem). That\'s why there were no updates for so long. But hopefully things will get rolling again...

Hi!
I was looking for a good J/L story and I saw yours and just had to read it. From the first few sentences, I knew it was a wonderful story; and I was right. It just blew me away. The description and imagery was so beautiful, I could picture everything so clearly, as if I was actuall there. I loved how you kept their identities hidden, even if it was fairly obvious who they were. This story is definitely going on my favories!

Author's Response: Hey darlin\'! Oh, my ... Wow, this review is just ... it just left me speechless. Thank you so much, Christine. *blushes and tries to speak* Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Also, your address of the language elements in my story really speaks volumes to me of your, ah, what\'s the word? Your perceptive nature? Yes, that\'s it. :-)

Thank you for taking the time to review and give me your comments on here. I love talking to you, and thank you so much for the compliments.

~Julia~

P.S. You are right, though, I wanted it to be very obvious to canon enthusiasts that this WAs James and Lily. It felt odd writing a canon-based story. None of my lovely OCs hanging around. Hee!

We're All Mad by Ithinkrabis2people

This is a beautiful story. You wrote Luna absolutely perfectly, and the song does fit her very well. I could definitely see Luna being "friends" with the deer. The flashback was both sweet and sad. I think you are a great writer, and this was a wonderful, touching story.

Author's Response: Thanks, Chrissy! *squees at \"great writer\" comment* See you in the Common Room!

A Crookshanks/OC romance would be lovely. I do like kittens... And Spotty sounds very cute.

Anyway, great story, and I can't wait for the next chapter. *Turnip love*

Of Coloured Pencils and Plastic Bags by Sirenny

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: So many children had passed through her class in the small Primary School of Little Whinging, and Miss. Morrison liked to think she remembered them all. The shy ones, who hid behind their mothers legs or curled up in their fathers protective arms; the boisterous ones, who ran in small, never ending circles with boundless energy. The smart ones and the ones who struggled, sometimes bravely and sometimes with tears and tantrums. The short ones and the tall ones, the sweet and the mischievous; they were all special to her, in their own way, and they all earned themselves a special place in her memories. All of them, that is, except for one.

Black as Snow by Celestial Melody

Rated: Professors •
Summary:

Bellatrix and Tom Riddle—two of the most enigmatic characters in Harry Potter—have puzzled writers and readers alike since their equally horrifying introductions. Why did Bellatrix believe she was Lord Voldemort’s most dedicated and favored follower? Why did the Dark Lord indulge a woman he could have squashed like an insignificant bug; why did he allow her to continue in her ‘delusions,’ if, indeed, they were delusions?

I believe that these allowances are not simply coincidences. Why should the most feared dark wizard of all time cater to a pawn? There must have been prior connections between the two to create this bond.

In “Black as Snow,” we glimpse a snippet of Tom Riddle’s life at Hogwarts, his (hypothetical) introduction to Bellatrix, and, afterwards, the special bond the witch and wizard shared … then, and now.

Created for the wonderful rita_skeeter in MNFF’s Ravenclaw Christmas Exchange, 2006.

Julia, dear, you've done it again. The imagery is beautiful, the characterization is perfect... I had to stay up late to read this, because I just couldn't wait until tomorrow. I do hope more chapters are up soon. Another truly wonderful story by the amazing Celestial Melody! ; D

Author's Response: *squees* *hugs*

Thanks, Christine; I swear, I absolutely adore your reviews. =) Thank you so much for yousa compliments on the imagery and characterization. I tried, really, really hard ... Well, no I didn\'t, because first chapters are easy, it\'s the middle chapters that eat my lunch, and my dinner, and my breakfast, brunch, linner *giggles* and everything in between.

Anyway, I\'m so glad you did review, it makes me happy and now I can cleean some more and try to get some sleep. Oh! And PM you back; I\'ve been working madly on a banner and \'tis posted in moi thread. I always get creative inspiration in the middle of the night; does that happen to you? It\'s true, though, studies have proven that people think better at night. *sigh*

Anyway, this is borderline spam on my own story *grins* but I\'ll run along now. Thanks again, dearie!

~Julia~

P.S. More chapters? What are those? Just kidding... There shall be more, soon, I hope... *scared face* What can I say? Those middle chapters are killers.
