I am twenty-six, female, I work with books and English is not my native language. I don't use betas, because I have to deal with enough editors in my real life. I don't want another one in my free time. I write in other sites as Ramzes (I love history and I am fascinated by ancient Egypt). If the moderators let me do this and if there is an interest of your side, I'll post some of my stories here, including the ones that are situated in a slightly different AU (in them, Sirius has a serious girlfriend who would later become his wife, and a kid, the other parts are as close to canon as possible). I solemnly swear that I'll review each story that I like, and I ask you to do the same with my stories. I love reviews! Probably a defect gained from my job, who knows?

God, I'm becoming popular! I just received a notification that someone thought that my story A Matter of Property is good enough for them to steal it and submit it in another site. I'll say the same thing that I said at [DELETED BY MODERATOR - OFF SITE FAN FICTION LINKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED] : thanks for liking my story. No thanks for stealing it.

Oh, that was great! So good and so sad. The Founders are described in a perfect way.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! :)

Nice story! She'll ask Sirius but she's going to fal for Remus? I must see this! And, will Sirius fall for her, too?

Author's Response: Oooh, I\'m not going to spoil it, but there is a bit something. You\'ll just have to read! I\'m editing the 2nd chapter now.

A Fresh Start by Hypatia

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Scorpius Malfoy was brought up in the knowledge that he came from an old pure-blood family. Hogwarts is going to teach him a great deal more. Will he be able to rise above his family’s tainted past, or will history repeat itself?

First place in the 2007 Autumn Challenge’s New Beginnings prompt.

Nominated for Best History/Mystery in the 2008 QSQs!

Canon compliant with all seven books, however, not compliant with all interviews given by JKR.

Wow! I loved this chapter. I especially loved Alice's retaliation. James really went too far this time, the donkey! (in my language, we have the phrase 'as stubborn as adonlry', instead of 'as stubborn as a mule'. James falls in this category! And the two copies of the map certainly surprised me.

Author's Response: Thanks! :)

This story is gorgeous! Your characters are very convincing and I love all of them.

Author's Response: Thank you very much! :D

Summary: Remus and Sirius share an awkward cup of tea.
One shot set during GOF.

Date: 11/22/07 Title: Chapter 1: Half Memories

Good job, probably one of the best post-Azkaban Siriuses I've seen yet. Very nice and convincing. And so sad.

Author's Response: Thank you. You didn\'t think the hippogriff in the living room was too much?

A Shower of Stardust... by lucilla_pauie

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: The Christmas after the Battle of Hogwarts is a battle in itself. The blackness of grief, the sound of tears and the taint of guilt and sorrow is a stark and ugly contrast to the backdrop of snow, carols, love and joy.

But one cannot grieve and live at the same time. And one realises it doesn’t really take much to go back to living after grieving: love thaws all sharp icicles the way spring has never yet broken its promise of driving away winter.

~LucillaJoanna of Hufflepuff believes Seasons Change and avows it with this entry to the Winter Tales Challenges.

~Dedicated to Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, who intimately knows grief and will successfully befriend it, too.

A great story, so good and so sad. And Teddy doesn't understand anything, so that makes it even sadder...

Author's Response: Thank you, Anath. I think it\'s good that little Teddy is blithelly unaware, though, don\'t you agree? Poor tyke. ^_^

Werewolf Among Wizards by shewolf2000

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Glimpses into Remus Lupin's life at Hogwarts, all trying to answer the question: Is Remus a normal wizard who just has a “furry little problem”, or is he a werewolf among wizards, trying to fit in where he may never truly belong?

Now with more Snape down the Whomping Willow! Check out Chapter 10: A Highly Amusing Joke and Chapter 11: Skyfall

I think it's wonderful. You've got a real talent for writing. Only, I don't think that the boys' joke was funny - it was awful! But then again, I'm a girl.

Author's Response: To be honest, I don\'t think it\'s very funny either. I never did. I also am a girl, but I tried to put myself in the mindset of a twelve-year-old boy (it\'s a scary place, btw) and this is what came of it. Thank you so much for saying I have a talent for writing! It\'s a pretty recently discovered talent (she said modestly), but I\'m having loads of fun and it\'s great to know that people are enjoying it. Thank you for taking the time to read and review!

See You Soon by MissLupinMarauder

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: This is a one-shot about the last night that Sirius saw Lily and James. He persuaded them to choose Peter for a Secret-Keeper and talked for one last time to Remus, before he got to Azkaban. He would never forget the last words he said to him…See you soon…

So good and so sad. The last part almost moved me to tears.

Gratification and Justification by Cinderella Angelina

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Victoire Weasley can hardly believe it herself. How is it that she's suddenly developed feelings for her best friend, Teddy Lupin, and in his last year of Hogwarts too? Now she must spend her sixth year not only adjusting her long-held sensibilities of how their relationship should work, but his as well.

There's not always a reason for everything that happens, and sometimes the reward for action looks more like a consequence. But that's just how life goes sometimes.

You've captured their family dynamics just fine. And Victoire and Teddy are such cuties! Keep it up!

God, they certainly had an interesting beginning. And James is... are you sure you've written the name right? For a moment, I could swear it was Ron that I was reading about.

Author's Response: I\'m glad you like the beginning. So far, no one has compared James to Ron yet (well, Ginny did in the epilogue), so I\'ll take it as a compliment. I\'m hoping he\'ll a little less bestest buddy, and more the annoying older brother we all hate!

Date: 03/30/08 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2 An Unexpected Sorting Ceremony

They were Weasley’s number one sales distributors outside Diagon Alley, and they weren’t going to let something as minor as Mr. Filch stand in the way of their ten percent cut.
That was my favourite line. And I especially liked how Al sympatized with Rose for not being in Gryffindor.

Author's Response: Oh, why does everyone have to feel SO BAD for Rose? I\'m a Ravenclaw, and it\'s NOT THAT BAD!!!!! Albus is really cute about how he cares about his cousin, though, isn\'t he?

Date: 03/30/08 Title: Chapter 3: Chapter 3 Insults, Infestation, and Influence

Well, Maddox looks like a likeable guy. I feel so sorry for Rose. And did Scorpius even know that he insulted Hermione or did he kust use the word everyone at his home used?

Author's Response: Well, likeable is what I was going for with Maddox. Sort of like the older brother Albus WISHES he had. And there you go feeling bad for Rose again! As far as Scorpius goes, I have no comment. Sorry!

Hermione's Great Escape by Ravensgryff

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Hermione Weasley is just about at her breaking point. She has two options, hex her husband into oblivion or walk away. A short one-shot about the less fluffy side of marriage.

Ha-ha, the victor left the battlefield! Poor Hermione...

You Win by KASK

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •

Date: 05/07/08 Title: Chapter 1: You Win

Wow! Victoire really wins everything, doesn't she? And in this case, Teddy wins too.
A good and well thought story, I really like it.

Author's Response: Thank you!

Wake Up by coolh5000

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Every morning Ron arrives at the shop and wakes up George with a cup of tea. One morning, however, George doesn't wake up.

This started as a 500 word drabble for my DADA class and turned into a 2000 word one-shot instead, before becoming two chapters. The prompt for my drabble was to use an overdose so be warned that this fic is not a happy one. It is actually I lot darker than I really imagine the Weasley family being after the war, but this is what came out when I started writing and I think it is possible.

please note that the warning is for attempted suicide only

An epilogue has arrived and I promise that I have now finished, though I have found this interesting to write so I may carry on with this version of the Weasley family at some point

I didn't expect this story to be so good. It's fascinating, really. A wonderful story with wonderful characters.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review! I\'m glad it turned out to be better than you thought it would be, and that you liked it!

My Life in Scarlet by Malfoy_Star92

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Imagine if you had a good life: one with a family who loved you and great friends who would do anything for you, maybe even a boyfriend whom you really liked and maybe even loved and he returned your feelings. But then one night all of that was ripped away. And now everyone who was dear to you hates you because you have been forced to become someone you would never would have chosen to be. What if there was no escape, not even death? This is the story of my life, for I learned so long ago that there is no such thing as "Happily Ever After."

A well-written and interesting story. Good language, perfect description of the protagonist's feeling. Are you sure it's your first fic? Looks too good to be true.

Author's Response: Thank You so much for the compliment. Yes, believe it or not this is my first fan fic. I do write a lot, so I do have quite a bit of practice. Thanks again. :)
