Hi! I'm Catie (the 'e' got lost in translation with my penname) and I am a very devoted Harry Potter fan!!!!!! I have been reading HP fanfiction since Aug. 2006 and have become utterly addicted no matter how nerdy that sounds :-).
So, I have written a lot of fanfiction my self but, ven though its my favorite site, I don't want to post it on MNFF. I don't want anyone to read it actually but I don't know why.
I'm not a PI beta reader but I will beta if anyone wants to flatter me enough to ask. I'm nothing special but I know these books by heart, am good with grammar and will tell you if the story sucks as nicely as possible.
I like cannon ships though I absolutely adore Sirius Black/ Origional Character too. I do not read any slash or teacher/student fics. My favorite characters are Ginny Weasley and Sirius Black. Marauder Era and Next Generation fics rock, but I also love seventh year idea stories.
I keep updating this and it keeps not working and now I am sick of it so I won't write any more.

Of Christmas Past by Chaser921
Rated: 3rd-5th Years •Summary: Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny find themselves in a Muggle hotel in Godric's Hollow on the Winter Solstice. During an enthusiastic snowball fight, Harry and Ginny step through a stone circle that transports them seventeen years into the past. This may be the only chance Harry has to spend with his parents, and it may also be what he needs to figure out his relationship with Ginny.
The warning is for later chapters.
Edit: So, this was originally strictly a Harry/Ginny fic, but Ron and Hermione kept trying to get together too, so I felt like I had to change the category. And there's a bit of Lily/James in there too, though they're already married, and I've also added a bit of Remus/Tonks. Poor Sirius is the only Singleton (though he may manage to get a girl of his own)!
Edit: This story was cannon until after Deathly Hallows came out, so I changed it to Alternate Universe, but it's still pretty close to cannon. Only a few things will end up being different when the story ends.
Edit: I've changed all of the chapter titles to the titles of Christmas songs that I felt reflected the events in the chapters best. Tell me what you think! Does it fit?

I actually thought that it was the perfect level of drama. A lot of people over-do it but you kept it just enough for me to be interested in every part, but not annoyed. All in all, great chapter, I hope the next one is at least as good.

Okay, first, I think that this was all really rushed and am kind of lost as to what is really going on. Second, I hope the next few chapters explain a lot more because these two didn't really describe much of anything. Third, Ginny what????????? I know it's your story and you can do whatever you want with it but the thought of her finding someone else is just...just wrong.

I have 17 chapters written as of now and all of the chapters after Chapter 3 average roughly 3500 words. Don\'t worry, everything will be explained and if it makes you feel better Ginny is one of my favorite characters so there must be some reason she found someone so quickly.
